    Wow, I'm even more impressed :)  Yeah the mechanisms are like these bracket pieces with springs on them (you can see the 2 edges when you look at the sides of the holes where the key thing goes in). It was just a matter of removing those and the springs that were on them. Now everything just slides freely (and still locks into place) when you move those switches/pieces.

    His torso is a mess of small parts, wires and springs where the shoulder pieces connect. It probably took me about an hour to get him back together.

    You do the mold proud. Artists like yourself really show how much details those sculptors really have in these figures.

    Cool. You know the only reason I ever got this guy was because it's Cybertron. The fact the it had a bot mode was just a bonus.
