When was the bi-poar blitzwing confirmed!!? The only new Jet I knew of was Silverbot...and he will die *evil laugh*

 

The name Q has been debunked for the "Einstein-bot"/Mercedes-Benze, and Blitzwing hasn't even been mentioned, as far as I can tell, from any source that can be trusted to any degree.

Wikipedia, and IMDB for that matter, isn't a reliable source. Also the picture that depicted the Charger on set was clearly photoshoped, and quite poorly, tbh.

I don't think Blitzwing has been mentioned at all, from any source that can be trusted (aka by something other than a Wiki or IMDB). As for Silverbolt, he could easily be a car for all we know, so I wouldn't count him in as a new jet-former just yet.

As I recall from previous series installment, Silverbolt has always been a flyer from a low level jet to a bird-dog, so he has to be a flyer in the new film.

 

Also about Blitzwing, I don't think he would be in the new film. Why? because since he's a triple-changer, how would he be able to triple-change in a live action film? Megatron was able to triple-change because he has cybertronian vehicle modes, Blitzwing probably has Earth vehicle modes. However, if he's confirmed, then idk how and why. Any ideas how triple-changers would make it in the list? I'm open to all ideas.

 

I wouldn't list Blitzwing as confirmed, since we didn't get it officially through reliable sources. Probably wouldn't hurt to list him as a "maybe."

 

Well, Orci said once that they thought about Triple changers being a good idea for film #3. Seeing as one of the writers stayed on for #3, it's not a stretch to think that the idea may have been kept alive in some capacity.

 

Wikipedia says Brian Bloom (Pike from 2010's The A-Team) will be playing Blitzwing in the movie. Since the confirmation that James Avery was playing Silverbolt came to be in a similar way (Outside the regular Transformers-related news sources), I added him to the list with a participation "?".  

Also, fixed some minor incorrections.

 

Can't really trust Wikipedia as a source. Anyone can edit anything on Wikipedia.

I say wait for an official confirmation from Bay or Nelson.

 

Appearing on wikipedia first is not a "similar way" to appearing first in an actor's bio on Unscripted

 

I don't see why triple changers would be such a bad idea. He could have a robot mode, a Cybertronion/tank mode that clearly has airplane pieces and a jet bode (or vice versa).

And, I always thought it would be cool to have the dinobots as vehicles, and their ROBOT modes be the dinosaurs. Cybertronian dinosaurs. Eh? Eh?

 

Wikipedia says a lot of things that have no basis in any fact. Same goes for IMDB. Neither can be taking seriously as a source for information. The revelation of James Avery voicing Silverbolt was from a reliable source, and was later confirmed from another reliable source.

I don't know about the dinobots being in the new film, but it would be cool. I just wish they would be more smarter.

 

Also if bay is going to bring in the dinobots, who would be the voice talents? I do know Bay might get Gregg Berger to voice grimlock like he did in G1, he was the perfect voice.

 

Why doesnt he add Brawn, Wheeljack, Prowl and Cliffjumper?? And wich Silverbolt would it be the Arialbot or the Maximal?

 

I don't know, but maybe bay can't find the voice actors from G1 or he can't find suitable voice actors, ether way we will have to wait.

 

That's my guess, any other theories on Ironhide29's question.

 

And on silverbolt, maybe he will be an aerialbot, but his team will be drones to combine with.
