Yeah, I thought about buying this for my older brother who used to watch the cartoons as a kid, but that was when I thought it would look like this version. This TRU one is ugly as hell.

 

I'm probably going to have to pass on this one,unless I can get it cheaper,but knowing TRU they'll probably raise the price on it.

 

Do want. Here's hoping its easier to come by than more recent TRU exclusives.

Well, I've already got the regular version, and that's enough for me. And SHEESH, Scavenger can look good no matter what color he is, even in this set. Even so, he's the best one outta the bunch (mold-wise, at least), but that's just me.

 

I already have the Wal-Mart version and I'm happy with it, so I'll pass on this. Surprised that it's out already, though. TRU seems to be getting a lot of their new exclusives (MP Grimlock, Rodimus/Ironhide, this) in all at once, for some reason.

 

I just figured out why I strongly dislike this release despite loving the hell out of the screen accurate version....

Even though its a homage to G1 Devy its still aweful looking and this is a BIG PASS for me. More wasted plastic by Hasblow

 

I like the takara and the walmart versions better. I would like to pick this one up but i dread trying to find it.

 

Makes the WM version look awesome by comparison.

I actually really want that. Still, what with all the Generations toys coming out, I'll have to wait for a sale/clearance.

 

Picked it up today, and while it doesn't look nearly as good at the Takara version, it actually doesn't look that bad in person (and I am not even that big a fan of the original). He is definately really green, but the highlights and wheels almost break it up enough for me.

Edit: Damn it, now I am gonna want the Takara version to complete the trifecta. For a mold that I don't really like, this may get expensive.
