Love this new voyager Prime and can't wait to get it.

Not sure if it was discussed before but my only gripe is that the shoulders seems to have been assembled wrongly. Can those with the fig confirm this. The round part (supposed to be red in color) is on the wrong side. They put the right part on the left and the left on the right. It's noticeable when you look at the double lines the goes vertically. You can also compare it to Leader Prime or any CGI model :(

    See part encircled in green

When I first got mine I did something similar. "Go go gadget legs!"

Also, if people want the blades but are annoyed by them, try cutting the tabs off them. They're tight enough they hold any position so they don't need locked in, and with those tabs off it's much easier to get them out of the way.

I can't get enough of this little guy.
And, it's the perfect size for G1 Prime's trailer!!
It wouldn't take much to mod Voyager Prime's hitch to work with the G1 trailer either. In this pic it's just sitting on there but if one were to cut a hole big enough for the trailer connection to fall in, it would even be level. I may try this later.

I don't think you can put a hole for the trailer. The joint for the whole rear assembly is attached there. If you were to take away the rotating feature and attach it directly, it might work.

You are quite right. I noticed that after posting that pic.  Oh well. I'll leave it be. I'm sure we'll get something very close to this for TF3.

I'm still trying to find an awesome mistransformation that can compete with this.

I hope I will find one soon.

I said it before, and I'll say it again: even with compressing, Starscream should still be a LOT bigger. They cheated like hell with his transformation. Even Prime is bigger than he should be, even ILM admitted that.

you know in the 1st TFTM 2007 game, starcream was actually twice the size of prime, and i really appreciated seeing that.
then came the ROTF game and prime is just as tall as starscream.

i'd just wish they'd pay better attention to scale especially when it comes to such a big movie franchise.
fingers crossed that things will improve in the 3rd movie.

According to the ROTF Movie Universe book, which I am looking at right now, Prime is 28 feet tall, while Starscream is 31 feet tall.

Is there an interview I haven't seen? I'd be very interested in reading it. :)

Not exactly surprising though, hence my "close enough for government work" comment.

since some people here are into the scaling discussion,
i thought may as well post this research i did on scaling...
    all questions and feedback welcome...
most FAQ i got was: is rampage really THAT big???
well unless i got the rampage alt mode wrong, he is...
anyway all the actual alt mode and actual length info is here for everyone's scrutiny,
i'd be glad to be proven wrong
