Wow what a difference a little paint will do, the silver face and red eyes brings out the Evil side.

yeah but some horrible mistransformation going on. the way the waist was folded up will strip the gears. You need to rotate it until it clicks into place. and the handle of the axe should be folded up in vehicle mode.

However, looks like a sweet figure!

 

I showed the axe correct at the end in my defense.
