Axer looks great; RotF Lockdown is my favorite Deluxe mold, and getting another Decepticon bounty hunter is awesome. Especially since Action Masters Axer was one of my favorite TFs when I was a kid.  

 

I can't understand why there are ANY people down on the Lockdown mold or the Axer repaint...I can understand not caring about the character, he's obscure, but the mold is AWESOME. For me Axer was one of the LAST TFs I bought as a kid, and one of the first I bought with my own money under my own power....so he bridges my childhood and adult collections in many ways, and therefore is special to me, so I will be doing cartwheels when this hits shelves.

I wish I had found more than just one Lockdown though....I need more for Customizing, and Axer will be more work...Any idea if he's still shipping?

If you don't mind spending a few hours building it, I'd recommend the Monogram Cy-Kill kit. They can be had for cheap, the aesthetic is about right, the scale is nearly perfect, there's a loose "I'm officially connected to the Transformers to yline through a daisy-chain of 8 licencing deals" connection, and you MIGHT even be able to cram that exosuit onto Axer for Action-Master-Ride-Armor play pattern goodness....
