Looks like Prime has new boob lights.

 

One difference I can see already are the arms near the elbow joint, they are slightly different to me and they look more organic for some reason......

 

Arms and legs look diffrent.

 

He seems to have broader shoulders with skiiny arms

 

Looks like he's been working out looks thiner from the waist and has bigger shoulders.
Looks heroic.

 

He looks unchanged to me. The "new boobie lights" have always been there and the arms looking thinner is simply because of the angle we are viewing him in which is from underneath. His legs do look a bit different but there is no way to really tell since he is mostly in shadow.

 

I think the model on the right in the comparison image you have is the hirez model Blur made for the prerendered cinematics in the video game which was not as detailed as the movie model from ILM.

So, if this is indeed the TF3 Prime, I'm REALLY wondering what they're going to do with the trailer now...

I'm thinking Prime goes basically the whole movie without it, and Ratchet and Einstein-bot get together and are like "hey Prime, we whipped something up for you. Time for an upgrade!" Perhaps shortly, if not immediately, before the big final battle?

Just a thought.

 

My wish that they'd make his face in battle mode look less like a robot chicken...doesn't seem to have been answered.
