Meanwhile, on the earths surface.

A young man... about the age of 15, was walking down the street. Hands in his pockets and a pair of headphones in his ears...
He was humming the beat of whatever song he was listening to... which happened to be "What I've Done." by Linkin Park.
His name was Aaron Flynn... he tended to just stroll around town, just getting away from the cramped atmosphere of his home.
He turned a corner, catching a slight glimpse of movement in the corner of his eye...
he looked into the AlleyWay where the movement seemed to originate...
Nothing.
"Hmm... weird."
He swung back around, almost butting heads with somebody.
"AH!" he exclaimed, knocked onto his @$$ in the brief shock.
"What the he!! was that?" he asked his friend, Chad, who was now looming over him.
"How was I supposed to know you'd sh*t your britches?" Chad joked, snickering.

Aaron got to his feet and brushed off...
"Yeah, well, I didn't find it funny."
"What were you doing snooping in an alleyway, anyway?" Chad asked.
"I thought I saw a shadow creeping around... or something."
"Meh... it's just your imagination, bro."
"Yeah... Yeah, I guess."

Aaron and Chad walked off... had Aaron turned around again once he started walking?
He'd have seen the two, red, glowing eyes staring at him.

"You've seen to much already, kid." said Lockdown to himself.

 

Optimus sighed and put his hand on Springer's shoulder. "You shouldn't be blaming yourself. You did what you thought was right, and that is what matters. During a war, you lose soldiers, no matter how brave, nor how strong they may be. You were thrust into a role you wern't prepared for, as was I when Zeta Prime died. I did the best I could but I have made bad decisions as well. You know what I do? I try my best to fix the problem, and I try to do better. I still make mistakes, but they are small and infrequent now. I have no doubt that someday, you will be a great leader."

It must have been different for the Autobot, to go from being a soldier to a leader, then back to being a soldier again when he came with Optimus, since Prowl was his lieutenant. His comm rang and he activated it as Jetfire's message blared through. Quickly, Prime answered, "Go ahead and engage, we are on our way!" He looked to Springer one last time before he transformed, "Remember what I said." He transformed into truck mode and raced off towards the exit of the base.

(OOC: Hey, Unicron FTW! Awesome that you made a (or two) human character! If you want him to know Sara or Matt, please don't hesitate to PM me and say so along with any ideas you may have for how they know each other. If you don't want him to know either of them yet, that's okay too.)

Lockdown rose up off of his knees and flicked his right wrist... a hook flipped out from the inside of his arm panel... while his other hand transformed into a grappling hook.
He shot the hook at the roof of the building he was beneath, and pierced the wall with his Hook, slowly scaling the building.
Lockdown didn't care if he was seen... he would just kill the person(s) that saw him...
In fact, Lockdown didn't really care about anything... only how much he would earn off of his bounty.

 

Springer looked on as he remembered what Prime said. "I have no doubt that someday, you will be a great leader.""Hmm....I guess he;s right. I can't b1tch and moan about this." Springer hoped Decpeticons would be dumb enough to fight him. Cuz he was ready. He radioed Prime, "Can I help you guys? I've been itching for action!"

 

Barricade was driving around the back of the base, scanning the place, when his optics came across an exit and saw what looks like to be the very leader of the Autobots himself, Optimus Prime, making his way out.

Oh slag, not good, he thought. There was NO way he was going to fight Optimus Prime, certainly not by himself.

Quickly, he sent a message to Soundwave. "Soundwave, Optimus Prime is making his way out of the base. Recommending tactical retreat."


(OOC: Hope my mentioning Optimus Prime coming out of the exit doesn't border on the "no godmodding" rule)

 

Jetfire let out a whoop as he got the order from Prime. "On my way!" the shuttle replied as he stood up and ran out. Time to intercept that 'Con! he thought as he ran to the location. "Heads up! The area is near the back of the base, Sector 2-A. Head to that area!" the mech reminded the others as he reached the outside.

Turning to shuttle mode, Jetfire took to the skies. Now it was time for some action!

 

Drift walked into a chamber in the base, disgruntled at the fact Optimus put his mission on hold. He sat down and started meditating, attempting to master processor over matter. Hopefully, there would be no distractions.

 

on eaarth counter punch heard the fighting begin he took the oppurtunity to transform to punch and sneak up colse behind soundwave raising his gun to his head...

back on mars

shockwave worked tediously on his new "project" it was almost done the circutry the artificial spark everything all he needed was a transformation cog and his decepticon Roller would finally be complete...

AOC: How'd Drift get to Megatron? Megatron is in a secure Decepticon base on Mars, and the Autobots currently have no way of going there without Optimus' ordering to bring the ship online. I'm sorry, but you are going to have to edit your post, because it isn't really possible. At all.)

Sara Garner walked out of the hanger next to the main base and got on her bicycle, and started bicycling towards town. It was getting late and she needed to get home. She biked down the stretch of flat road and to the gates. There two MPs checked her visitor pass then nodded, letting her pass and leave.

Optimus Prime drove out of the base exit and transformed into robot mode, and scanned the area. Quickly, he said into his communicator, "Any human police on the base other than the military?" asking Jetifre. He then said, "Yeah, Springer, I said we'd be coming, I meant you and me."

Soundwave heard Barricade's message and replied into his comm, "All Decepticons retreat." He turned around right into Punch's gun. Looking at Punch he said, "Autobot inferior." He punched at Punch. (OOC: see what I did there, lol) Lazerbeak flew back out towards the warp location, and Ravage.

 

Barricade received Soundwave's message to retreat, and, although he could see Optimus Prime standing right outside the base, he revved his engine and sped away from the base. He was not going to take any chances getting turned into scrapmetal by the Autobots, especially by the likes of Prime. He quickly got caught up with Laserbeak and Ravage, only to head right towards the warp location.

 

Springer replied, "I'm already here! YEHAW!!!" Springer was in helicopter mode. Flying above Optimus Prime.. "Lets kick Decepticon @$$!"


Ravage ran with Barricade towards the warp gate. Ravage wanted to race Barricade so he jumped up and landed on Laserbeak. Then, He flew (OOC: not literally) off of Laserbeak and jumped on the ground at top speed (OOC: in cougar mode, obviously).

 

Lockdown was now sitting calmly on the roof of a building... one leg hanging off the edge and the other propped beneath his left arm.
He was staring into the distance... his scanners running at full speed to locate that kid who had seen him...

Aaron was strolling along... his mind running laps around what he saw:
A large shadow... tall, lanky, with a hook for a hand.
What he saw wasn't human...
"Probably Japanese... yeah, definitely Japanese."

 

"Not that I can see Prime. It appears that the 'Cons are retreating. Should we engage or let them run?" the shuttle asked. While he wanted to fight Decepticons, Jetfire also knew that he needed Prime's orders to engage. He flew overhead, circling the area.

 

Sara bicycled fast down the street, and around a corner, but turned to hard, slamming into the side of the curb and flipping off and onto the ground, just barely stopping her head from hitting the ground hard. "Owh," she groaned, looking over at her bike, which had fallen onto the sidewalk. The handlebars and wheel were facing in the opposite direction they should've been. She slowly, painfully sat up. She saw someone running over to her, but didn't recognise them right away.

Optimus watched Barricade driving away, and said into his comm to Jetfire, "You and Springer may engage. If they get you into a pouplated area though, you cannot use guns, to avoid hurting the humans." He began walking back to the base. He sighed, having this small team was hard to work with at times.

 

Barricade detected Jetfire circling in the sky, and cursed. Frag, Prime just had to have his Autobots engage us, didn't he?

Suddenly, he veered off course, choosing to make his way towards a populated area. If he could get the Autobots to follow him, that would allow the other Decepticons to make it to the warp location. However, he will have to find a way to lose the Autobots quickly and make it back in time to warp back to the Nemesis with the others.

 

punch dodged soundwaves blow but barely, punch quickly ducked and aimed a roundhouse kick hopeing to knock out soundwaves legs, he hoped this would be an easy capture.

shockwave pulled a small robot from the ceiling one of his lost "projects" and removed the transformation cog and installed it in his new Roller, if megatron wanted reconasaince he would have the best not those half wits like barricade or counter punch, no this bot only had an artificial spark, he had no feeling no free will he did his mission and that was it, he would be the best.

"now Roller transform and rise up."

 

Springer transformed into car mode and drove after Barricade. "Jetfire, DON'T engage Barricade. I'll take him. You get the others." Springer raced Barricade. "Y'know, its funny, Decepticreep. The racecar is chasing the police car."

 

Soundwave moved baackwards, but not enough to miss the kick. He fell down, but before Counterpunch could do anything else he fires his laser gun at him, hoping to knock him away a little.

 

Barricade growled as he saw Springer approaching him from behind. "You got some nerve chasing after me, Autobyte. Let's see how well you can keep up with me... right in the middle of human traffic!"

With that, Barricade sped up as fast as his alt-mode can go... right onto a busy interstate, heading towards a human city, with lights flashing and sirens blaring.

 

punch tried to dodge the shot but was hit in his arm, he grimaced but stayed his ground putting a foot on soundwave so he could not escape.
