I finally got my set today. I must say the quality is the best I have ever seen for a KO. Anyone on the fence considering buying this set should pull the trigger immediately. You simply will not get another chance like this.

I give the set a 9.8 out of 10 just because the paint apps could have been better, mine were really not that bad though.

 

is it just me or some of them are just a *bit* loose? i only have Brave Max to try them ,and the zaraks, rodney and lione need a bit of nail polish to fit perfectly. they don't pop out or anything. just... a bit loosey  .

but all in all, the quality on these is uttermost impressive. i'm quite happy i got mine.

 

I think that is an issue with the Cerebros body (and the springs associated with him). Blunghole was having the same problem with his Brave Max Cerebros. I don't own the originals nor a Cerebros, otherwise I could confirm if it's a Cerebros problem or a KO HM problem. I suspect it is simply a Cerebros problem.

 

I know y'all have already compared EMS to "Christmas molasses", but mine finally came in 2 days ago. (Technically 4, but that's between me and a letter carrier who runs from the door after ringing the bell once like some frat kids dropping off a bag of poo.)
Of the 10, I only have an original Lord Zarak. In comparing the two, KO Zarak looks like original Zarak if he never had sun-fading (minor yellowing) or a possible 22 years worth of accumulated dirt. The only tell-tale differences are in the arm detailing (if you have him or Spike, you'll know) and a minor oopsie in the forehead/eyes piece. I call it an oopsie because KO Black Zarak didn't have the same flaw. I'm also making lots of use of Loafer as "Henry Masterson". He looks best piloting Apeface and Skullcruncher, but like his Animated counterpart, he has one noticeable design flaw: he's too big (or cumbersome to fit into the alt-mode compartments of either without improvisation (i.e., he'll only fit in head mode!). I'm very happy to have a Spike, but wish someone made an all-gray one (or lt. & dk. gray) to better match Cerebros. (who I don't have... yet!)

Got the Superise giftset and set of white ones, headrobots cobra and the custom Headmaster Hi-Q's in last few weeks. So much joy from 3rd party and fan built headmasters. Heres hoping 'master87 and HR do more. I'll buy them all!
I mean these are headmaster teens you can carry around in your pocket to school or work and stick on your desk and not have to worry about losing 500 bucks if you have a hole in your pocket.

Be careful though as some people are selling singles but picturing the whole lot of them.

If anyone can recommend a particular seller please do so.

I'd like to buy them but the cost is still putting me off - not so much the cost of the toys as the possibility of getting a huge customs charge on them.

Which is vexing as i'd happily buy a clear set and an opaque set i'm just miffed that I might have to pay so much extra in customs on them probably another nearly £20.00.

If anyone's got the sellers e-mail address and can pass it on to me perhaps I can ask them about multi-buys to compensate for that a bit.

They look worthy of a buy... Is that Iguana out yet BTW ?
