alright i call it! sincce there goin bak in time 2 wen jfk wuz president, they coudl go farther back 2 when abert instien era!, he was realy a robot!!

 

Not my favorite design ever, but could be a good character filled bot... that face certainly has personality. If it was Wheeljack, I'd be disappointed, mainly because wheeljack's G1 face could just be movie styled... it's one g1 design that would make an easy transfer to the movieverse.

 

They cannot be serious! Are they making a mistake? That has to be just a CGI location indicator. That face is somethimg I don't want to see in 3D. Is it Sari, Nc, Chip, Dr Archevil, Wheeljack, Perceptor, Alpha Trion or some unexpected twist on a character everyone likes? No matter who it is, that's the ugliest concept they have exer come up with. Looks like a Shaggy Dog malfunction.

 

Looks like crap. Metal crap with white hair and two ridiculous eyes.

 

Someone a few pages back suggested that the "hair" is fiber optic and lights up when he talks like the original Wheeljack.

I hope so, because that's awesome enough to make me want to see this movie twice. That's crazy go nuts awesome. That's made of creative and win. I'll buy two movie tickets and two "Wheeljack" toys.

I realize it's pure speculation on several levels, but that idea is just so much cooler than a mere "movie-fication" of Wheeljack's original face. I don't understand how people are clamoring for that instead.

 

Damn! Quite dissapointing considering all the positive stuff that's been seen so far. Optimistic feelings faded slightly.... 

 

Wait a did they cut the budget i though the TF were all CGI not guys holding sticks.....after all the awesome news coming out im bummed that they went with heads on sticks......

 

I'm betting it's going to be Wheeljack. Baseless assumption is that it'll have a ridiculous German accent a'la Johann Krauss or Dr. Strangelove.

 

Can't work out if you're joking or if you've not got that they're only using the heads on the sticks to give the cast and crew a visual aid to where the Bot's heads are...

 

I'd quite like it if his hair was, indeed, fibre optics, and when talking, it lit up plain. But he could access some sort of 'computing mode' where multicoloured lights run up and down the hair as he pours all power into his processor.

 

I have to say, if this indeed turn out to be some sort of scientist Autobot and they made him look like Einstein, the designers at ILM have to be some of the most original and creative people in the movie industry today!!!! Only they could come up with something so original and groundbreaking!!

Meh, I learned not to expect much from the movies, so it doesn't matter who it turns out to be. It's not like they would do the characters any justice, not in the 30 seconds of screen time each one gets, so why bother getting so worked up over it? They need as little robot time as possible so they can give it to the 150 human actors they have.

I really hope it turns out to be Alpha Trion, that way we can see the fandom implode from the sheer anger.....

I'll be glad when all these jackasses are done with Transformers and they get a group of people who actually give a rats ass about the franchise and actually get Transformers.

 

When the first movie came out. The robots were serious with trying to stick with the alien realistic feel. second movie, they went a bit overboard with the twins and pushing it with Jetfire, but this is just stupid. This is a freakin tune and it kills the realism making it just plain silly. Bay is starting to piss me off with what he's doing with these robots.

I liked Jetfire's look but this is pretty darn ugly.

Please don't be Wheeljack.
