So who else will be getting Crackdown 2 in two and a half weeks? The demo will be out on Monday but for those with an early access code it came out yesterday. Anyone else have the demo already?

 

Ooh, didn't know about the demo. Can't wait. Crackdown was a real surprise hit with me. You know, you bought it for the beta, stayed for the really fun game.

My only complaint was that once you beat the bosses, there was literally nothing else to do in the game. I do hope they've solved that issue, if they have, this is going to be a huge win.

 

I'm leaning toward buying this game and am excited for the demo. I very much enjoyed Crackdown and with the addition of four player co-op (which I love) this seems to be one of the games to get this year.

 

you could always just reserect the bosses and gangs and try different ways of taking each of em out. but anyways yea im gonna get it at some point its one of my must get games of the year

 

Really liked the first one, so I've pre-ordered the sequel.

 

Definately getting this, althougth maybe not strait away.

 

I will eventually. I loved the first one but, with War for Cybertron and BlazBlue: CS coming out i have to be selective.

 

I loved the first. I don't think I'll be able to get it right away, but I'll definitely be picking it up.

Crap, now I need to get my Xbox fixed. I didn't realise this game was so close. I loved the first one.

 

Changed my mind and pre-ordering. Mario Galaxy 2 will probably tie me up until this is out and Transformers can wait, I can't imagine GOW with licenced toys being as entertaining as more superpowered police shinanigans.

 

WFC plays nothing like Gears. A misconception that they have been fighting ever since the game was first shown.

I'm going to try and get CD2 on release day, it might be rough since i should be getting one of the new 360s around that time. Hopefully GS does a trade in deal for it.

 

My mistake on that then, althougth its still licenced and its still going to wait.

 

after playing the demo, it feels exactly like original Crackdown. Same spirit, VO guy, really feels good. I can't wait to get the full game next month.

 

I played the hell out of the demo for the original. It was such an awesome game.

 

the controls feel a little looser than the first game but other than that it does feel the same. but ive been playing the hell out of it and its fun as hell and little creepy when youre in a dark spot with all those freaks coming at you at once

still looking for a team to got at it with though to take out that first freak hive

 

Anyone else pick this up? I'm up for some co-op.

Never did collect all the stuff in the first one.

 

I ended up cancelling my pre-order.
I have other games that need attention first, so I'll probably pick this up somewhere down the line.
