rfates normally seems to be a good seller. However, I left a neutral comment when the item was not mint when it had been advertised as MIB. In return, he gave me a negative feedback saying I shouldn't expect a mint toy for $10. WTF?

Wheeljack's Lab sold me a C9 G1 Shockwave among other things for US $110 plus postage to Australia. It was packed inadequately with newspaper and arrived with a broken chest. He got me to send him photos, then to take it to the post office and try and make a claim. They refused, he told me to send it to him in the original box so he could make a claim. I did, at a cost of about US$10. Then when it arrived he said he DIDN'T KNOW that I was in another country and that I could not get a refund. The guy refuses to take responsibility for his poor packing. He is both unprofessional and rude.

Toysonline2002 Guys i recently won a Pre-order from this guy and when i found out it was not coming out till early 05 i kindly asked him for arefund minus his ebay Fees. Well He siad no all sales final well i was reading up on the Pre-sell policy and this is clearly viloating it. So i filled with paypal this guy from Honk kong is without a doubt one of the Rudest Mothers on the face of this planet he threated leagal action against me for filling with paypal to try to get my money back. Anyway avoid him like a plauge he is Very Rude and un profesional
fsfeftn Bought Superlink Black Rodimus Convoy from him. It arrived wrapped in one layer of bubblewrap (HARDLY good protection for a limited edition of 3000), and as a consequence the box was crushed along the front bottom edge quite noticably. I have been emailing him for well over a week now, and have had no reply AT ALL. I'm leaving him a negative if he hasn't responded by the end of the week. I do, of course, expect one in return. EDIT: He left this follow-up after my feedback: I left this: So he OBVIOUSLY got the emails I sent him, and chose to IGNORE THEM COMPLETELY. Do NOT deal with this seller; if anything goes wrong, he'll just ignore you and hope you go away. I can already feel him writing his bad feedback for me.
I'll add my grievance to the mix. I bought a lot of Joe stuff off him and he agreed to include 30 lots of misc. acc. I wanted into the deal. When one lot of acc. ended up missing, he called me a liar and yelled at me over the phone, Definitely don't deal with this guy. One of my worst ebay experiences has been dealing with the seller "collectorstoystop" formerly known as "kristencovell". I used BIN on a near-mint complete swoop. Paid the guy thru paypal, and never nothing arrived. About 3 weeks later I emailed him and got no replies. I emailed him again to submit insurance info to file the claim, again no response. After leaving neg feedback, I get an email from another user saying that the seller was trying to sell him the same swoop, I just paid for -claiming that I flaked. I notified ebay, what happens? I get suspended and he gets the neg feedback removed-justice is a word that ebay doesn't know. This hasnt been the end of it. Since then, he has created fake userids and used BIN over 3 times just to leave neg feedback on my account. He has harassed me by phone and only calls between 2-4am. He has given me death threats. Not only that but a couple of weeks ago, I found out that my ebay account was hacked into and password changed. I know it was collectortoystop as I dont have any problems with anyone else. He has never submitted his true name and hides behind his girlfriend's name. By all means avoid this guy, he is pure evil and claims to be a Christian.
seller "cosmic-king" is a complete a-hole. i paid promptly and waited for my HOC wave 4 figures. i waited 2 weeks until i sent him an email asking if he shipped yet. "oops, i'll do that tomorrow" i waited another 5 days, and got the package ... it was missing a figure. i sent another email telling him. "oops, i'll do that tomorrow" i waited another 5 days, got the missing toy, but it was completely crushed. i leave NEUTRAL feedback. "30 days to complete. item shipped 2 weeks after payment. got stuff eventually." then he leaves me this ... (neutral) "buyer was alright." go f yourself buddy.
I had a somewhat distasteful experience with Treasure Island Sports (tisinc)- he has different postage rules on different auctions, so a week after I paid for my toys I get another Paypal invoice for 12 bucks. Apparently he charges an extra fee for shipping to an APO address, which wasn't mentioned in any of the auctions (two of the five said contact him for APO or overseas; the other three didn't mention it at all. Of course I glossed over the rules since I had read them on one of his other auctions. Partly my fault.) So at this point I'm pretty much being extorted from. I've already paid, he's not gonna send the toys unless I pay. I held my nose, paid the extra 12 bucks, and swore never to bid on another one of his auctions again. On another note, Wheeljack's Lab is ok to deal with for small parts or junkers, but no one should ever buy a complete (and especially) boxed toy from him, the way he packs his stuff.

I have emailed this seller 5 (FIVE) times about this item from two seperate email addys incase one failed. Seller has not left feedback for me yet despite my flawless transaction and timely payment. Seller had described item as MINT IN BOX. When received, it was dingey and had stains on the plastic from play wear and the card board pieces were creased. The Instructions were missing, and the "racer" cycle part was non functional despite my attempts to clean the contacts on the battery terminals. The box itself was indeed in good condition, but the rest left a lot to be desired. Upon seeing this, I emailed the seller asking if he would explain his return policy, or if he would give me a heads up on the item as to it's status of a replacement. NOTHING. I sent another.. Hi, I have not heard from you, and you have not left feedback yet" email. NOTHING. This raises a red flag in my mind as a "seller" who does not leave feedback in ample time KNOWS they did something wrong, and if they were to get a NEGATIVE FEEDBACK strike against them, they retaliate with one for spite. I try to look at the best in sellers and buyers, but this seller has done this tactic with a few other people recently and this has been his MO. I want posetive feedback, and 1/2 my purchase price refunded to me as it will cost me atleast 15.00 to replace the "racer" cycle part alone froma REPUTABLE DEALER.Upon sellers compliance I will leave posetive feedback for him. THIS IS WHAT I TOLD PAY-PAL..... we shall see what they say.
I had a similar problem with this guy. I was two days overdue with paying him on an agreed date, and rather than email me to find out what was happening (my comp had had a 'crash of death' so i had to do a reinstall) he opened up a non paying bidder response on me. Not good customer relations!
MTSpecial- ebay fraud!!! Ok so the title is a little strong to some on reading just the title, but read on if you wish to learn about one of the most woeful experiences I've ever had on ebay. One day on ebay I happen to find a MOSC beachcomber that appears to be untouched. Well I think all my Christmases have come at once! So I bid on it and won- bidding was my mistake! A couple of days later I discovered a thread on a message board which stated that there were counterfeit (not a simple case of knockoffs) G1 minicars with typos such as 'sepcial' on them- this one had it in the robot points section (if someone wants to help me out with image hosting, I can post an image of the back of the card as shown in the auction). I emailed the guy about it concerned and I was told not to worry, that he would never con someone for $20US. Well the guy charged for airmail almost as much as banthatrader is charging me for 2 MOSC Argentinean minicars and decent shipping only for surface mail, so naturally I chose surface mail. Well about 5 weeks had passed since I'd payed for it and I emailed him concerned. This is what I sent him: This was his response : Well it was over 6 weeks as of 2 days ago and still nothing. So today I started a dispute with him on ebay which got me nowhere because he merely blamed me for chosing cheap shipping and said that once it's shipped, it's no longer his responsibility. I closed the dispute only to learn that Ebay don't handle anything under $25USD, and left him the following negative feedback: He then had the nerve after screwing me around to leave the following feedback for me: It's times like that I this I wish I could respond to follow up comments, because I'd have him dead to rights! When I receive, there are two dump trucks and no bulldozers. They ignored my mails until I threatened to revoke payment, and then they offered to send the correct one and pay for the return of the incorrect one. The bulldozer arrived in fresh new packaging after taking entirely too long. The kicker? The ones I won were all previously opened, but stapled back shut, as described. This Wedge bulldozer, however, was never before opened. They thought I would be too stupid to notice that they didn't have the right one. When I threatened to revoke the payment, they rushed out and bought a new one to ship to me. They claim 100% guaranteed satisfaction. Of course, they also swear that they return positive feedback. I was suckered into that one, too. I guess I'm just too naive. I've heard another case of a-toy4u screwing someone over (at tfu.info). Avoid them.
I won a 20th anniversary Prime like 2 weeks ago from a noob seller called bennybenhead after I received an e-mail with the invoice I sent him another with my ship. address and confirming that total on the invoice because of being an overseas transaction it could be a bit more shipping fee on it... 2 and a 1/2 weeks passed and that guy sends an alert after that I opened the dispute telling that was still waiting for payment...what am I missing here?I sent him 2 or 3 mails asking a confirmation on the total and in the very next day I answered the dispute I had my account suspended...whatta do???
