I don't think anyone in this thread mentioned they wanted someone overweight for this part. Some have just mentioned that she should have bit more weight than this girl. Like say, how Gemma Arteton is built.

And really, the point of this all is to have a beautiful actress for the part. Nothing else but.

you know, I'm kind of relieved. i like Megan Fox as much as the next guy, but she isn't perfect when it comes to acting. i hope she does okay in Johna Hex, but i can't help but feel she won't be more than just eye candy as she was in TF1, TF ROTF and Jennifer's Body. lets hope whoever gets picked to play Mikaela in the 3rd film is a better actor. and not just eye candy.

Even tho I think Megan is hot,she is just too diva-ish.But maybe Rosie will be more friendly
on the screen.As for everyone talking about Rosie's weight I have no problem with it,she
would be a lot easier to carry to the bedroom than a 300 pound hippo.Also as for her
dating Jason Stathom he is alright,but I have seen some of his movies like Crank,and he
was awesome in that.So I would say if she is good enough for him she is for me too.

I really don't expect a lot from TF3. They could replace any of the humans with cardboard stand-ups. I doubt I'd notice.

I'll just stick with the cartoons--although the story is a little deeper in those... =3

 

I love all the nonsense in this thread. I mean, we are really complaining that they are replacing actress'? It's a f*$#ing transformer movie, that everyone was complaining that "We need to focus more on robots!" or "too many human characters." It is quite amazing here.

Now, on topic, why is it, that I see 2 sources who, in my opinion, shouldn't be trusted? The Sun, and a Inquirer?

IF it is true, she doesn't look too bad. Skinny, yes, so if she doesn't want cheeseburgers, give her a few extra boxes of crackers to stuff down. Food is food.

I do know that if Fox's character were recast as a midget transvestite ninja with no explanation at all for this in the story, the writing/plot hole wouldn't be any worse than the writing in the last movie, so I'm not really worried about it.

This is Transformers 3, I'll see it in the theater once and unless the writing/movie is WAY better than either the first or second, this will probably be the only time I'll sit through it. After that I'll buy the DVD and just watch the robot fights (again and again and again- just like the first two movies).

 

Is this about Fox's weight or her attitude? Last pictures I've seen or her she looks like some strung out dope user.Too many troubles trying to film a movie with zoned out actors.
As far as looks it would be difficult to find a better looker than Fox was in the first movie. This proposed model looks like a living skeleton with pumped up lips and facial implants.
This Rosie scarecrow needs to spend six months in the gym and eat some steak and potatoes.Then again any name with Rosie is too close to Rosie O'Donnell and a total turn off.
Best figure I've seen lately was on the last couple of episodes where Anna Torv plays as Olivia on Fringe. Put a brunet wig on her and play the part.May as well have another Australian play a key roll.

I'd appreciate Sam as a "character" more if he had perhaps continued his relationship with the girl he started the series of with. They did drop the L-bombs on each other in the second movie, but apparently that doesn't matter.

 

Ahhh Internet. You made it possible for ******ed losers everywhere to dis hot women who they are too scared to approach in real life.

I mean seriously people, ugly and this girl aren't even in the same neighborhood... nice skin, pouty lips, attractive facial structure... she may not be your cup of tea (she's too skinny for me, I like women with some hips and thighs) but she's definitely pretty. Calling her ugly just makes you look like a loser.

Acting wise, I'm disappointed if this casting is true, why trade down... at least Megan has acting experience, this girl is a model, and that's it. Also makes me leary that poor script writing might be an issue... I mean this girl will know that Sam is the guy the aliens wanted... how are they going to write her in without it being hokey? I'd be nice if they wrote her as she is... a supermodel... and just give it to us as Sam using his celebrity to his advantage.

Could mean her part is thin enough that it doesn't require any real talent to deliver... why could be good or bad.
