No, I'd improve him. If I had bad characters like Skids and Mudflap, I'd have them written off.

 

Seems like a case of George Lucas-itis. People railed about Jar Jar, and he gave him a bigger role. Now there's going to be more Twins and more dick jokes. Won't see this in the theaters.

The new paint looks nice, but if it's same special ed' heads, personality, voices, and wasting time that could be spent on better characters then what's the point.

If Skids and Mudflap are back then any little measure of hope that maybe the third film could be better is pretty much shot to hell. Any film reviews that say Skids and Mudflap are back and the same as last time are likely going to push the film to either a rental or at least the drive in so I could mute them out.

Maybe they should have Uncle Ruckus review the film since he could sum up some fans feeling on the Twins better than the profession reviews will.

 

they look really good, but i'm not sure about the black, they look a bit plain, their robot modes will be mostly black, they would have to have bits of colouring on them, Skids having his green head and gold tooth( even though he lost it in ROTF) green colouring on his arms and legs, and the same for Mudflap but orange and no gold tooth. Looking forward to seeing them in TF3, but i have to admit i will miss the Chevy Tracks.

 

I like the new color schemes, but I'm still reserving judgment until I see the finished film.

I do think it would be cool if they changed into new color schemes because they're trying to lay low. It could along the lines of Runamuck and Runabout impersonating them to give the Autobots a bad name, so the Twins decide to change their looks until R & R can be taken out.

Thank you Michael Bay for making me feel that way about Transformers, which used to be ALL I was thinking about.

 

So i guess their back huh? Well lets hope they don't get too stereotypic this time around. i hope Bay changed their personalities from Gansta Bots to something less harmful like Surfer Dudes. Remember...I'M not politically correct, but a lot of people and critics are. I didn't mind the Twins in the second film but if Bay wants to make a Smash hit for both critics, fans, and box office, he's got to mix things up.

 

I have ? Is it becuz one of them had a goldtooth, is it becuz he called dude a pussy and bitch ass? Is it becuz they didn't talk like nerds? So if the twins talk like ratchet and prime it would have been cool? I mean ironhide said punk ass decepticon...so they were tryna "act" black? Is this how black people act? Please enlighten me?

Hm..ok, guys? Dont get mad at me but its been...er..how much time since ROTF?...And i still dont know why the Twins are racist.   I am not a FAN of them but i have no problems having them in the new movie.
anyway. if they got upgrade, thats ok too. I read some comments saying that why the characters have to get upgrades in each movie but look at the USA Armadaverse: didnt the characters get new bodies in each season? So its not something never seen before in a tf series.
Anyway, if Bay say the twins WERENT in the movie but there are these 2..er...twin decepticons? Misinformation from Bay? I say the last one, ^^

 

Lovely, the worst characters in the second film are back. Yay.

 

Fine & good. But will they still just be an excuse for casual racism and really poor "humour"? Or will they actually be not Skids & Mudflap, but A.N.Other set of twins. We shall see.

 

It's funny how many people are treating this like the final straw, because they'll all still be clinging to every bit of movie news to add their two cents, and be there first in line when the movie comes out.

 

And they'll still claim that they did not see it just to make your point look bad.

 

I think the black paint on the sides might be hiding their actual paint job...like the spy shots of cars before the official launch....but The Twins look more robust...lets hope the CGI guys of TF3 do a good job on their heads...the ones in ROTF looked weird!
