man this guy looks nice. if I had money and they had him in stock still I'd probably buy him right now. One question, can he transform with the alternate head on?

Hrm. I'm not sure exactly what happened with the ark set, but this is a nice little figure.

No, you'll need to pop it off. it ALMOST works, but those annenna just don't clear.

Part of it is that I AM a little stuffed up today, part of it is that the mic is super sensitive and with my current setup, it sits RIGHT under my chin.

 

damn you peaugh, lol, I wasn't going to buy this, but now I must have him! Putting him next to Grimlock sold me. Question, seeing how his alt mode is not that much different from the Classics Prime/magnus, which aren't the much different in size compared to the G1 Prime/magnus's out there, if you happen to have one, could you maybe take a picture of him with a G1 Prime trailer? Pretty please?? Also, I know you might still have him, a good bot mode size comparison might be RoTF Leader Prime. I wonder if the FansProject G3 trailer is in scale to this. Where can I preorder?

 

Real nice figure and all... but isn't it abit much for a shorter plastic version of the diecast full version? If I had the disposable cash, is be all over it like peel on an orange but it's just abit much IMHO...

 

I might pass up the actual MP and get this instead for scale reasons.

That's pretty much the reality of the costs of these things. Steel molds are expensive as all hell to produce. They can't move nearly the numbers than Hasbro/Takara can, so the prices have to go up to compensate.
