Big last couple of days. Soundwavempl found the new Energon Basics at Super Wal-Mart in Bryan last night. He picked up Doom-Lock, Command Ravage, Offshoot, and Energon Strongarm. They still had a couple Arcee's, and Insecticon's, as well as Perceptor and another Energon Strongarm. Today I found Slugslinger, Downshift, Towline, Sharkticon, and Energon Hot Shot at Target. Picked up everything except Hot Shot. Figures this would happen the week of the con. Speaking of the con, hope everyone can make it that wants to. Sounds good Computron. Sadly, still sounds like most of our community here will STILL be waiting with baited breath for Shockblast. So I'd LOVE to go on Saturday. Just pull a big 'ol day trip. Talk some TF, go to College Station, maybe stop at a few Wal Marts along the way..... So does anyone want to drive and go just Saturday? City Hunter, I'm looking in your direction. I'll drive to wherever you are if you live in Austin or the surrounding areas (G town, RR, Bastrop, etc.) AND I'll pay for gas.

That would be cool with me, but I wont know if I can get away until tomorrow. I'm waiting to find out if I've got family visiting this weekend or not. You'd just have to get up to Southwestern University in Georgetown, and I can drive from there. In case anyone else wants to come along, I have a Jeep Liberty and can seat 5. I'll get back to you tomorrow. :
Whole family is coming down for Saturday and Sunday, so I'm afraid I can't go to the con'. However, I do have a sightings report: Called around local Targets today trying to find Universe Nemesis Prime with the DPCI number. Round Rock, North Austin, Northwest Austin all said they didn't have any whatsoever. Finally found one at Target East Austin (right off I-35 around exit 237). They said they had only one, which I bought... but before I checked out, I went by the toy aisles. I found that Omega Supreme had a price cut down to $29.95 (at least at this Target). After I changed pants... I grabbed one and checked out. I haven't seen any news of such a cut, but I very well could have missed it. There was only one left, so someone grab it quick. Also I saw 1 Alternator Silverstreak, 1 Command Ravage, 1 Doomlock, 2 Autobot Whirl, and 1 Stockade + Magna Stampede. They also had a ton of leftover Treadbolts, oddly enough.

Yeah, have fun all. I wish I could have gone, I wanted to buy BT Tracks, OTFCC Megazarak, Teentitans Robin, Frankmiller Batman and a slew of others but unfortunately the person I was catching a ride from was unable to make it. Better yet, Alt Deadend, Silverstreak and 2 hounds plus Towline and the repainted basics spotted at the walmart on 183 and 620. Deadend was purchased by a friend of mine but everything else was left there.
I almost made it to RMTransCon, but some stuff came up. Oh well... I found Sharkticon and PL Hotshot at TRU in Tyler yesterday. I am sure if I had gotten there a little earlier I would also have Slugslinger, Downshift and Towline. I bought Universe Soundwave at a Target near Mesquite last weekend, but I can't remember the exact location.

Target on Northwest Highway and Lemmon have the new Powerlinx packaging hotshot, downshift and some basics. Also they put out two cases of alternators. So there were two deadends, two silverstreaks, and four hounds
