anyone know if Hasbro going to release Animated Voyager Blackout? I was going to order him but hes sold out everywhere.
Yea, hopefully once it is officially released, the online retailers will have more to purchase. I got lucky yesterday on BBTS as someone must have cancelled their preorder, jumped on that one.
^^^ya know, i hate guys like this. I had to pre-order elsewhere, which is a pain in my rear. on topic, since i wasn't sure we'd get American releases, i pre-ordered BO, among others. better grab a preorder, take the time to save up the case for him and relax when he gets to your door.
Hasbro has said multiple times that they are committed to releasing the last Animated toys. That said, there has been no official word on a release of Blackout or any other Voyager.
Committed ... maybe so... but if their commitment is making it a TRU exclusive like Arcee (instead of being available at all retailers), good luck on getting it less them double or triple the retail price.
I was right there with you when I stumbled across it by luck. Except I couldn't bring myself to order it from the one other place I found it in stock, and by the time I said F-it, it was sold out there too. I hope you are right and we get more info at Botcon, but their last round of Q&A with the info on Ironhide and Rodimus looked a little less promising. If Cyb. Ratchet had sold as well as Arcee, I would be a lot less concerned about a retailer wanting them as an exclusive (though I don't think they would have any problems selling Blackout, Hydro-BB, Wingblade, or Thundercracker).
If someone was in a position to supply information about it, don't you think it would've come up? I just had a shocking thought: Maybe Hasbro can't actually force retailers to order toys.
Has anyone ordered from this site before? Any idea what shipping might cost? It says that as a pre-order they have no idea the weight, so they cannot calculate shipping.
Would you have rather not had Arcee at all? Because that was the other option. Nobody else wanted her. With a cancelled toyline you have to take whatever opportunities you can get.
