It's bad enough they spoil what's Aqueitas in the preview, it's just some computer? Lame.

I like the solid blacks in the the Prowl artwork but the texturing looks awful, ugh.

 

And that is really sad, considering it started out as a sort of "Ultimate Transformers" with Furman at the helm. IDW should have stayed with him. I mean, sales weren't dwindling to my knowledge, I think they just replaced him with Shane because they were afraid they are too much relying on one writer.

Frankly, the reason I for example prefer the Animated DC universe to the mess that is the DC comics as of today, is that while episodes were written by a lot of different writers, a select few people (Bruce Timm, Paul Dini, etc.) remained on the DC shows as "overseers" to ensure continuity is respected and that heroes/villains remain in character. That's why you can watch the whole stuff from Batman TAS's "On leather Wings" to JLU's "Destroyer!" and still feel it's a whole. IDW should have left Furman as a story editor/writer and put Shane and the others under his guidance instead. That way we could have avoided these unfortunate reboots and rewritings.
