Glad I skipped all the other deluxe BBs

 

I may actually pick this one up.

 

I like it, but my only critique is that I hope the mid-section is mistransformed. I'll wait for a video review from Peaugh (or whoever reviews it first) before I'll make any further judgments, even though I'm leaning towards getting him anyway.

It's not bad, but at the same time it's definitely not buy worthy. The head looks too small compared to his chest/torso. Though the flip-down mask and flip-out gun and axe gimmicks are nice. I'll wait till they give him another Deluxe-class upgrade for TF3's toy line before replacing my TF1 Premium Bee.

 

May actually get this.

IF the head could be put on the original concept BB version from the first movie (without heavy modification), then this would be an instant buy.

Much like Cyber BB, and HA BB this is an awkward mix of big improvements and big steps backwards. Still think the 07 Concept is the closest they've come to getting the body right. Not sure if that makes it an over all improvement or not, but I will say this- the head is absolutely the first head on a deluxe to actually capture his face properly. So if I can put that head on my 07 BB toys than I definitely want this. But even if not, it's still worth spending $10 for this.

 

Hell yeah. I've not bought a deluxe movie Bee since the original 2007 one. I almost bought the ROTF retool with the slightly more accurate head. I am glad I waited.

This Deluxe has everything I want in a movie Bee figure. He has the mask, his arm cannon, and two hands. the axe is a nice bonus. It just looks like a fun new deluxe for the character. This is on my list.

Like people have said, it looks like a nice downscaling of our Human Alliance buddy. The gun is, in my opinion, a product of a great idea that was poorly executed. The lack of paint apps on it, as well as it's deployment looks damned silly. However, it is still appreciated, of course. As is the ax and battle-mask. I love gimmicky toys.

From what I am seeing, the back-kibble on this rendition of Bumblebee is not nearly as 'this-makes-me-look-fat' looking than on the Human Alliance figure. As a matter of fact, this appear to me to be the most slim, humanoid looking movie Bumblebee we've gotten.

As the only Bumblebee's I have are the Movie 1977 Camaro Deluxe Bumblebee and Human Alliance Bumblebee, I may consider getting this. I really would like an in-scale, new Camaro Bee. However, I am also thinking about waiting out for the TF3 Deluxe Bumblebee (which I am more than positive is sure to come). The Movie 3 staff said that the Bumblebee CGI design is being updated to appear 'older', so I should assume that a new mold is on the way. Should I just get this guy, or wait for the new Bumblebee? Two deluxes are definitely not out of my budget, but I just don't want two similar Bumblebees lying around.

You know what, I'm really REALLY sick of seeing movie figures, but this one truly impresses me.

 

Not sure if I will buy this, but would if there is a non BB repaint, like Wasp or Bugbite or Goldbug

 

...This may be the first not-legends movie Bumblebee I buy because I like it, rather than because he came packed with someone else I wanted (Nest 2-pack, legacy of Bumblebee 3-pack).
