so i was bored the other night and went to the union city (24 hour) walmart at like 11:30. they had an OPENED case of wave 2.5 alternators with 1 silverstreak left, amidst cases of other stuff. meaning... stores around here are getting them. they're just getting snapped up before you and i can get to them. so i asked the old filipino guy working there if there was any more... he said that they weren't supposed to be open and stocked on shelves until midnight. i didn't want to wait around for half an hour, so i left. anyway... so i have an offer for all of you SJ/408 people with no luck. i'm moving in like... 2 days to socal for work. if i see anything that's hard to find, i'll pick it up and post it up and ship it to you for whatever it cost me + shipping (since SJ will always have a place in my *gag* heart) because being there 5 for years, i feel your pain... i could never find a damn thing anywhere. if no one wants it, i'll just return it on my next hunt. hey, a little unfair... but better that than some scalper picking it up to sell on ebay.
Man, I've been going to the Union City Wal*Mart at the wrong times then... Everytime I'm there I find nothing at all... Did you happen to see any Alt. Hounds or new Energon stuff???

Just got home from a little hunting... Target in Pinole has two Energon Omega Supremes and the role play weapons... Target in El Cerrito has two Energon Omega Supremes... Wal*Mart in Martinez and TRU in Pinole didn't have jack... Unless you count the endless rows of Wave 1 and re-issues...

the *case* for alt hound was there... but no alt hound. just one silverstreak. and there weren't any cases of energon on the pallets, either.
Does anyone know if the Wal*Marts get new shipments every night to restock or do they do it on a weekly basis??? I'm asking because I went to Wal*Martinez right when it opened today at the ass crack of dawn and they didn't have anything... I think the best bet now is being at the 24HR Union City Wal*Mart and just circle around the aisles like Laserbeak until they crack open some new cases... Also, I'm not too well versed in the retail world so I would love it if someone explained to me why each new shipment of Transformers are limited to such small quantities... I mean, they know that the new stuff will sell since they sell out of it the minute it touches the shelves, yet they don't provide more... I guess it's because they don't want to overstock, but that's rather lame when they have all of us driving the entire Bay Area as well as the Axis of Evil known as the 680 in search of new stuff... I guess they're just trying to teach us the value of patience... But dammit, when I want something, I want it NOW... If I wanted to have someone teach me a lesson in patience, I would've continued to live under my parents roof... 'Nuff said...

Just got back from the Union City Wal*Mart in hopes that they were restocking their Transformers aisle... So after wandering aimlessly for about an hour, I finally see a box marked Energon... Nothing else... No Alternators despite the fact that their shelves where empty... I pried a hole open on the side of the Energon box and it was just a case of Rodimus... You can imagine how disappointed I was wasting an hour for nothing...
Sightings In Sacramento Area Wal-Mart in Folsom, CA: 1 Omega Supreme last week. I went back earlier this week and it has sold. :rolleyes Other than that, it's all the SOS: Piles of Ironhide, Hot Shot, Inferno, Skyblast, Signal Flare, Divebomb, and Battle Ravage. What is frustrating is that a new Wal-Mart opened up in Sac and Cliffjumper was supposedly sighted there, which means Shockblast was also likely there, but by the time I got there all they had was the SOS. :redface Not only that, the first US Shockblast sighting was in Roseville, but I've been up there three times since and guess what? SOS. I will go to Wal-Mart one more time tomorrow before I start my new job next week. I'm getting REALLY sick of seeing the SOS (Same Ol' S--T).
At this rate, we'll still be waiting for Streak and Hound while the rest of the country will be searching for Meister and Dead End and probably Grimlock. Really frustrating....
Yeah... What a crock... I can't imagine how much more money they would be making if the just stocked their shelves with new stuff...
I went to Stockton Walmart earlier today, but no Omega Supreme. Maybe I wasn't looking hard enough, but nothing. Pleny of the SOS. One Sideswipe left but no other alternators. I'm just missing Alt Hound. I don't care for Omege Supreme. When is Shockblast gonna get here anyway. And I think I've only seen Rodimus ONCE. People rag on that figure a lot, but I want him anyway.
Where did you get Alt. Silverstreak??? I've been looking EVERYWHERE for him... Do we know when Alt. Hound will hit the shelves??? Also, I think Rodimus is great... Him as the pants and Prowl as the shirt looks a lot better than superlink Inferno/Hot Shot or Ironhide/Jetfire... I've been noticing in the news that Wal*Mart's getting a whole slew of new items in their computer system... Why would they put the new stuff in the system when we haven't even gotten the ones before???
I think I got Alt Silverstreak at the Stockton Walmart and it was in early July too. I'm pretty sure that's where I got it. Alt Hound should get here any time now. The Tracy Walmart was one of the first ones to get E-Megatron. The Stockton Walmart was one of the first ones to get 20th Ann Prime. You just gotta keep hunting and people gotta keep posting here. I'm really only searching for Hound, even though I already own all the Binaltech TFs except Tracks. I like keeping Alternators in MISB even though Alternators would make better toys and Binaltech better MISBs. But whatever!
Yeah, all of my BT's are on display in my glass cabinet, but it still gets dust in there... I'm also afraid to handle them because I don't want to chip their paint... Right now the demand is so much higher than the supply... They need to take a class in Econ 101... Not only for the Alts, but for Energon as well... Seriously, WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON?!?
