From experience in sign shops w/ large format printers, if the shop has in stock a good heavy quality paper, they should be able to print onto it. Another option would to take that large scale print, then have them throw a laminate over it.

where do you print out the boxes, I am having issues as people make the arguement that the art is copyrighted

I just wanted to post an update in this thread that I was able to fully resource this into the "Tutorials" section today.
