the 40 dollar pricetag is making me hesitant and pissed. Normally i'd be a day one person but if it's only 10 hours or less than i'm waiting for half off sale.
I was hesitant, too, based upon the price as it seemed to point at more than an expansion (almost like a 1/2 sequel game) but I wasn't expecting that to be the reality. Reading reviews, I was surprised and it seem that Bioware actually created a good expansion this time. A 20 or so hour campaign with all-new companion characters and a higher level cap (among many other things). I'll definitely be buying this.
Got Awakening today & the fact I can't import my character due to him only having the Blood Dragon Armour is crap. Don't fancy fighting in just my underpants.

I'm a little annoyed about DA:Awakenings, I don't know why all DLC content from DA: Origins is not recognised when you import a character. I had to equip my Lando with Alistairs Juggernaut plate armour, which while a very decent set of armour, still paled in comparison to the Blood Dragon armour. And my Starfang (Wardens Keep DLC) doesn't get imported over either! Aside from that, I'm getting into it now, also a little disappointed about the relatively cut down conversations.

Are there any achievements tied to this DLC? After my 11 hour marathon of finishing up Awakening last Saturday, I could do with some more Darkspawn fun
3 two are secret keep the original thrall alive for the the game Max out approval for all types of darkspawn thralls(either 5 or 6 types) Save the Archdemon from the Warden and co This DLC was great. Playing as the darkspawn during the final fights was epic.
