I have to admit that BL Hal fig looks pretty slick. But I have to say making WL Sinestro an exclusive is pretty damn lame.

 

Yeah, I'm disappointed that White Lantern Sinestro is an exclusive myself. I really think that's a figure that should be widely available as part of the main Blackest Night toy line.

 

Ah, I'm not that much of a Trekkie. I'm mostly a fan of the movies.

And apparently Trekkie is a word because Firefox didn't say it was misspelled?

 

Blackest Night is proabably my new favorite event story. And this is from a guy who loved Civil War and Secret Invasion. Hands down the most satisfing ending an event has recived in recent memory.

, once they were brought back to "life" still retained their White Lantern Ring, where the other 11 did not?

 

I keep forgetting to look at that....

I would've liked for others to retain the white ring, but if they did it for some, they'd have to do it for all and I hate the idea of Superman with a power ring.

wouldnt that be the equivalent of giving bats a power ring?-and not the else world version.

 

I noticed that also. Wonder if the others who were resurrected have a white ring.

On a related note, I swung my a comic book shop today and the dealer had a special offer of selling all 7 Corps rings for $.50 each with a purchase of BN #8. He is also kind enough to toss in the Black Lantern ring for free with the purchase of BN #8. All in all, I got myself a comic and 8 rings for under $10.  

 

Not really. I could live with Batman having a ring because he doesn't already have super-powers. Superman doesn't need a ring to kick your ass.

 

Or giving Diana one?  

 

I never cared for the idea of giving Wonder Woman Star Sapphire ring.

I almost have the feeling ti was just so part of the Trinity could do something. Or because it was a chance for fanboys to see WW even more scantily clad than usual.

 

that's lucky i paid $14.99 CAD for 7 and my LCS never got Black rings because DC didn't send any to them.

 

I think Johns choose her because She has always been the messenger of peace in Man's world. Plus, she really does love life. Wonder Woman is a warrior by necessity not choice. Plus, it also reinforces the idea that WW is not truly alive. She is a creation of magic and the gods of Olympus.

And yes, she looks hawt in that costume.
