Also, now if you go to the article by Ausgamers, they have edited the part to exclude Nimoy and the other voice actors besides Cullen. I don't know if they revealed something they weren't supposed to, or if the information was false in the first place.

Australia is only an hour ahead of Japan and this news broke yesterday, while it was still March 31st. Making an April fool's joke is one thing, but doing it a day early is pretty evil.

The marketing for this game is quite annoying. Same crap over and over when are we gonna get real news? UFC Undisputed is coming out in May and people have already played a demo with 16 out of 100 fighters on it and there's a seven page article on IGN today about it. UFC has already talked about online and what not.

I agree about how little info we've had on this game is really poor but isn't UFC the 2nd game in that series to be cranked out so they already had the main game engine and what not built, they just added all the new stuff so you can see why that would be talked about and hyped/demoed. They're talking about WFC like it's something fresh and new which we all know we've played games like it, just not TF so maybe they feel justified in holding everything back until right before launch? You're right though, stupid it is!

I find it hard to believe that a games site (a day (or two, depending on where you are) before April Fools) would post false information, as Activision claims, and then proceed to rewrite their article to remove all information about the voice actors.


Anybody remember in 2008 during ComicCon when it was revealed that The Fallen was the villain of Revenge of the Fallen? When Bay learned of this, the articles that revealed this were swiftly edited to remove this information and almost everything regarding the 13.


Besides, what kind of Aprils Fools day joke is it to say "HEY! A guy from Star Trek and two actors most of you have probably never heard of are in this game! GOLD!"

I for one, am glad this turned out to be false.

And I'm amazed at the support for Doug Parker in this thread for Starscream. Back when BW was still on the air, a repeated complaint from fans was Parker's poor performance as Starscream and even moreso about how annoying his voice for Terrorsaur was. I didn't care for either -- I thought his attempt at imitating Latta was (to quote a Nimoy line as Galvatron) "bad comedy."
