Yep, that's how it is. Seems to me like the ones that start a thread should be the highest priority to make the situation right because that's free publicity. I know I'd rather deal with someone who fixes problems made public than ignores them simply because they were made public. Isn't good customer service fixing all the problems?

Is it possible to bake the laquer on, or some thing some Bootlegs that have a crazy amount of chrome -red for example - its very durable.
So it must be possible to do at low cost.

I wonder if gold plastic rather that pink would make the upper arms more pleasing.

 

hello, that gesture is nice but for your next products it would be great if you can only pay the company doing these half up-front and the other half-later once you have approved of the quality. seems really wasteful to be making all these extra parts and shipping them when the company should have made them perfect in the first place because it's adults buying these and not kids......

small production runs should be easier to control the quality, you just have to be an a-hole to the company making these guys.

mass-manufactured pieces should be higher quality than casted stuff...and with fansproject the bar is raised on all this 3rd party stuff....their springer has really complex paint apps, diecast and it's PERFECT, better than hasbro. Their chromed stuff for the g3 trailer and dia commander were also PERFECT!

GOOD NEWS for anyone ELSE who is unhappy with theres, we spoke to the factory this morning and he apologies for any scratches, they say they might be a little damaged because of the amount of humidity they had at the time and that the chrome was not fully dried.

The factory is rushing us a second production which they say should be virutally scratch free and the chrome will be fully hardened when they put it together.

actually we had a good talk with the factory owner today and they are going to fix it right up and make us another 250 more. If you order has shipped, and its scratched, you get a FREE replacement shipped on us. If you order is pending, please wait 1 1/2 weeks or so to have your replacement GOLD OP sent out.

If someone had helped the site for 15 years, then openly admitted to strong-arming people into not leaving negative feedback, they would be called on it to. It wasn't until several people posted "WOW" responses at what you said that you said you'd finally help the guy out.

If you think that anyone is in the wrong besides you, then I'm not sure what else we can say. If you were in his shoes, and the guy said "Well, I've been helping this site out for years!" and no one defended you, you'd think this was a pretty rotten place.
