Where might one find these, kind sir?

Well, from the first film, Arrival to Earth blows everything out of the water.
ROTF - NEST is my top favorite - just so badass with Ironhide and NEST.
Then there's Forest Battle - need I go on? Then Einstein's Wrong - sure, its Sam's theme, but it still appeals to me - ominous, exciting.

Heed Our Warning was pretty epic, and I could swear some of it is played when Sam and Mikaela are headed for Lennox (the scene when the Decepticons are returning fire to when the protoform dies and Sam runs by it while Megatron arrives at the battle).

The Shanghai part of The Shard is pretty awesome - it feels like at that point, we're coming back into the TF movieverse headfirst epicly.

I Claim Your Sun - when Prime is combined with Jetfire, and then his battle with Megatron and the Fallen.

Pretty epic on ROTF - only one I didn't like as much as the others was I Rise, You Fall.

Isn't Heed Our Warning after Optimus is "dead" and the Fallen appears on everyone's televisions?

I LOVE both scores, but the first is the best. So much powerful music. The 52 cue promo for the first has some good stuff. Optimus Hero is one of my favorites (it's on the OST, the end of track 17 I think?), Arrival to Earth, Optimus, Bumblebee, The All Spark, Autobots to the Rescue (Promo), Bumblebee Captured, plenty more.

Did anyone ever find the cue for when Optimus is talking to the Autobots at what looks like an observatory in the daytime? He's talking about doing what's right. *Sigh* That's why I love him!   Very noble music. The theme is available elsewhere, but this is a bit softer.

ROTF: Prime, Forrest Battle, Nest (especially when Ironhide transforms!!), Tomb of the Primes, Matrix of Leadership, I Claim Your Son.

I hope the third score has more beauty and wonder like the first one did.

Well from the first on 2007- I would say the Arrival on Earth is pretty good

From ROTF-Tomb of the Primes and The Matrix both are pretty powerful and Steve Jablonosky did a great job with both scores

 

Most moments in ROTF when the music seemed to take over the sound to enhance the visuals were great compositions. Nest, (Ironhide showing up and transforming) the Shard (alice attacks and Grindor delivering the humans) and Prime (his resurection) immediately spring to mind. Precious Cargo is another great one.

 

Arrival to Earth in #1, and the song that plays while BB is fighting Rampage (which is in both movies) in #2.
