I see. Thanks for the info. As cool as the Double role play items look, they aren't my thing. So knowing that the candy toys can speak provides me a cheaper alternative.
The gashapon memories have audio so they'd have to have speakers. Nobody talks about them in general because they're so hard to get here in the US, because they're capsule toys that are hard to get ahold of they end up more expensive than candy toy memories.
Trans Kamen! Riders in Disguise! LOL that's always my first reaction when someone brings up Accel. And I think we can blame Decade for starting the whole transforming Rider thing.
No. Since they have sound, the only differences from the candy toy Memories are that they're molded in two halves you put together, and you have to apply the sticker. I'm surprised that new and recently released would seem to be rare. That either puts some credence to the "Double toys are hot" theory, or they're not distributed as well as most Bandai gashapon. For what it's worth, did see a set and some singles from the gashapon set on eBay.
Not hard to find, just harder to get to the US since normal toy shops dont get them in stock, and the few that get them in specially have to get them in a different way that makes it expensive to do. Like I just got the Faiz memory off CSToys for $11 but they have the Decade memory for $27.
No worries! I enjoy reviewing stuff, especially if it helps inform people on something that there isn't a whole lot of information of readily available. I totally understand your stand on Decade. It is indeed the first series for many new people here in the recent months, so it's natural that you'd have a different opinion on it. Yeah, it is difficult to justify the price of these 12 inch figures sometimes to people who don't already normally collect them, as their prices do get really high. Even something tactile, like the lack of diecast, has been a reason for some people to not buy them. To me? As long as someone gets a good read out of these, it's all cool either way .
"Hey boy, wanna go for a ride?' Other kinds of bikes. Bigger bikes. Smaller bikes. Bikes that ride other bikes. All joking aside, I'm looking for good subs of Black and Black RX. Obviously since I said good, the HK subs are out. It's hard to get the Century Kings releases since the download blog for KR has most of the Black's links down/pulled, and CK's website seems to have 0 seeds for most of their stuff. I was wondering, does anyone have info on how to see the series?
I'm not sure where you're seeing CK's Black subs being down. The mediafire mirrors all still look up to me, at the least. The only downside with Century Kings is how long it's taking them to finish the series. As far as I know, no one has tackled Black RX.
I'm getting caught up on some episodes of double I decided to let pile up, watching epsiode 23. "The two of us are a single Kamen Singer!"
The last couple of two-parters have been seriously fucked up. Hilarious and awesome, but weirder than hell.
Speaking of Sound Gaia Memory, series 2 is, er WAS up for preorder on amiami: Glad to see Fang & Accel, surprised as hell by Hibiki, and disappointed the Decade one wasn't carried over from the gashapon series, saving me $15 in the process
FFFFFFFFFFF-- Alright, who wants to sell me Kabuto or Hibiki. I've lowered my art commission prices so you'd get more art in return than before D:
Sorry for the double post, but I was browsing around and found this... Could someone explain to me what I am looking at? It LOOKS like a wave of Motion Revive I never noticed before, but I would not want to get my hopes up on a Faiz (or even some Showa enemies, whoa) if it's some kind of rare thing that's not possible to obtain D:
