Another Bull**** excuse

I finally got a reply and according to The Lizard King,its not his fault that I havent received what I PAID FOR or have gotten a REFUND.So who's fault is it,mine for trusting this scammer? I think not. I WANT THE ITEMS I BOUGHT OR A FULL REFUND AND NOT MORE LAME EXCUSES.I PAID,YOU RECEIVED THE MONEY,AND YOU HAVENT SENT THE FIGURES YOU OWE ME OR MY MONEY BACK WHICH I ASKED FOR AND I'M NOT THE ONLY ONE YOU ARE RIPPING OFF.

 

Weeeelll if anyone's interested, here's the shipping number of my package: CP049994545US. It was received by USPS on March 8. One week later than said. I wonder when will it get here? What's in there?  

 

At least a few people got what they paid for...

Unfortunatly,I'm not one of them and not only did I not get the items I bought,I didnt get the refund I asked for,(all this is going on past the 3 WEEK mark and it only took 3 DAYS for payment to arrive),and I've gotten absolutly NO replies to any of the PM's I've sent about this.I think you should re-name yourself "The Rip-Off King".

 

Officially Screwed

Well,its been over 4 weeks and I still havent gotten the items I paid for,the refund I asked for,or any replies to the PM's I've sent.I just hope nobody else got shafted by this crook and he should be BANNED FROM THIS WEBSITE...FOREVER.

 

I haven't receive my items either and waited for 3 weeks. I sent him a PM and told him I was not going to wait any longer. If he doesn't answer my PMs then I will try contact him via email. If that fails then I will see if I can somehow get his phone# and call him. Overall, I am very very disappointed.

 

Well, its been two days since I PMed him and no response from The Lizard King....I still have not received my items.....

 

Pretty piss-poor excuse for screwing people

So I guess NEVER sending out items that were bought,refunding money,or at least replying to PM's about whats going on is because of the snow too? Dude,are you ever going to be man enough to accept responsibility for screwing people over and make amends or are you going to run away and keep hiding like a coward?

 

Its 4 weeks and items never arrived. No responses whatsoever via PMs or emails. Bad seller and also a thief. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS PERSON!!!

 

FWIW, my shipment just arrived at my shore, after like 11 days in transit. Excessive, dunno what's holding it. Still be about 5 more days before I actually get it. Sigh. Had to raise a claim to paypal because I'm running out of dispute time. Double sigh. I,ll let you know all how the items go. Anyway, Mr. King seemed more responsive if you contact him by email, especially using a proxy like paypal. Anyone wanting his email pm me, I don't feel like posting it down here.

 

Well I managed to get in contact with Mr. King over in Allspark forums. He told me that he shipped my items. However, he did not specify if he shipped them today. I suggest to those who have business with him to track him down even to his myspace webpage here. I saw him online in AIM under Silent Iron Lung. Hope this helps out and I will try and find out if he sent my items today or when did he really sent them....

 

Thats a crock of bull**** that I have to track him down to get what I paid for or my money back.The dude is a crook,a liar,and a theif and will continue to screw people out of money the same way he did to me.Since you seem to know him so well and defend him,why dont YOU ask him why he hasnt he sent me the items I ALREADY PAID FOR OR A REFUND? ITS BEEN 6 WEEKS ALREADY!!!!

 

Mine was shipped on 22 Feb... It's been almost a month and yet to receive anything here in Singapore!

It usually takes 2 weeks to arrive from USA, based on my regular shopping experience with Amazon.com.

 

The rip-off king got away with another scam.

I doubt you,me,or at least 7 other people are EVER going to receive what we paid for or a refund becuse this piece of garbage ran like a coward and is hiding on the website "The Allspark" under the same name and posting the same rip-off thread and after talking to other board members there I found he did the same thing on at least 3 other websites.This crook should be banned from every transformers website FOREVER.

 

Whoa, chill dude. I'm not defending him. I even raised a refund on paypal against him. When the item is clearly already on my side of the great pond. Just because I don't want to run out of paypal dispute time allowance before I get the items. I am as tired of waiting as you are.

So my advice is: if any of you paid with paypal, start raising disputes to get his sure attention. He issued commercial paypal invoices, so you *can* raise disputes. If you paid with any other method with less protection, then why did you? You didn't even know the guy personally!

The one thing in all this that I still dont understand is even after its been proven that this theif is running a scam,he still hasnt been banned from this website or the other ones he ripped-off people on.

 

I have waited for 30 days and still yet to receive anything in Singapore.

I have filed an open dispute on PayPal to seek a full refund of my money.

Lizard King, if you're reading this, please respond.

Besides Swampflight, ShadowMagnus and myself, who else have paid and yet to receive their stuff? Please come forward so we may know the scale of this "scam".

 

My stuff is still stuck at my customs for 6 days straight now... sigh. Somehow I have had not so good fortune with Priority Mail shipments. Oh well... still waiting for customs to release my stuff...

My stuff still hasn't arrived. I am still waiting since the last reply was in allspark saying he had sent my stuff. But at this point in time I'm thinking I was robbed.
