slowly tempting havnt decided until i see video review hough not a demo the only bumblebee i have seen on clearence was deluxe bee only anything larger than deluxe i have not seen so clearcene poeple may want buy as soon you see him or take a chance he actually gets price drop.

if i do get this guy ill take the battiers out

 

Wow immpressive.

 

Pretty cool. I like the converting arm cannon, but it would be cooler if his "hand" wasn't made out of translucent blue plastic. Also, I have a feeling that I will be taking the batteries out of this guy.

the robot bits are GRAY-- it is just the lighting and the way teh camera's white balance that made the gray parts look blue... even the guy's hands are blue..

 

Interesting first look, but i'll still pass.

I'll stick with the HA Bumblebee my girlfriend got me for christmas. I usually only get one version of a mold, except for Prime  , got four of him. (G1, Power Master, and RoTF Leader and G1 Magnus).

 

I think this Bumblebee is pretty darn sweet. looks a lot better outside of Hasbro's photos, and thank God the ring thing is just a box gimmick! It is pretty movie accurate looking with the legs and arms and overall kinda nice. I have HA BB but ill make room for this one too! Batteries are coming out though.

 

Ok I'll admit, it looks better than I originally thought. With that being said I don't think I'll get this one either way.

 

It looks good, it really does, but that new Deluxe 'Bee looks so much better that I don't think I'll get this one.

 

Looks pretty cool...but come on...for a $50 toy, you still have to manually slide down the Battle Mask? It should totally have a button or something for that much money....


This is a pass for me untill I see it on clearence.

 

Why would people buy this figure solely for it's alt mode? Just go to the toy car section of the toy aisle, they have tons of larger scaled camaros. I just think $60 is a waste for just one mode.

The problems that i have with the figure are.. obviously the right hand. I don't see how anyone @ hasbro would try to pass that thing off as a hand. If they were able to have a more accurate hand, the arm would be perfect. another complaint is that it'd be nice if the doors on his back were closer together, it's the same problem i have with human alliance bumblebee. and lastly, the biggest problem i have is the arm articulation. the right arm bends forward at the elbow, while the left arm bends in towards his body. it would have been nice if they gave his left hand a swivel joint.

 

This guy is sitting very firmly in my "You can't think of a Christmas/Birthday/Valentine's/other holiday gift for me, sweetie? Well, then I will happily take this and enjoy it very much" catagory. Also in my, "$xx is a bit too much for what this is but I may be all over it when it goes on sale" catagory. If I get him, he will be placed somewhere seperate from my mainline guys. Like on my dresser or next to my DVD collection.

 

Eh, still underwhelmed by the gimmicks, but understand why they're important for the kiddies.

I eventually managed to get both Ultimate BB's for a fraction of their retail cost; I'm sure this guy will be no different.

 

Just watched the video, the arm cannon is slick, very nicely done, they didn't demo the car cannons which is a shame but it'll show up in some video review sooner or later.

The speech would likley be annoying though so that's a minus.

I think I'd buy it if I really liked it when I see it/it's a bit cheaper/I have money burning a hole in my pocket and nothing else to spend it on... so just option 1 or 2 then...

 

I'll wait for clearance. Good think this wasn't labeled as a Leader, otherwise it would take forever to do that.

 

I'll get it. I won't be IN LOVVVEEE with it, but I know I'll end up getting it.

 

The left arm has an elbow swivel. I'm just worried that the figure lacks a joint that lets the right shoulder swivel outwards. Kind of reminds me of Air Attack Optimus Primal.

I think the hand is blue so that when it retracts into the cannon, it's less noticeable since Bumblebee's lasers looked blue in the movie.

 

It better then i thought it would be didn't think the cannons would go in the car mode total buy now!
