I've been waiting for this paint job!

 

Very nice. It's good to see that they got out the algae scraper and cleaned Megatron up.

 

Looks good but I think the treads would look better in black. Even for a little G1 vibe.

 

another sure purchase here   anyway also a leader size with this metallic paint would be great   Takara please do what Hasbro doesn't want to do  

 

It does look lovely, but I don't think I'm going to bother. I have the original Voyager. He can just be Voyager Deep Sea Diver Megatron.

 

And now the gamble:

Do I wait and hope this will be released in the US for a relatively low price, or do I play it safe and get the Tak/Tom version (same with the Jet Powered Prime) even though the price will be at least double the US retail?

Of course I thought for sure we would get Buster OP at some point. Guess I lost that bet.

This one's not really necessary anymore since my own voyager Megatron custom repaint, but it might be something to go along with the new voyager Prime.

 

And now my UftU JetPrime will have someone to beat up.

 

easy pass....that mold is a piece of crap.

 

Pity they didn't remould it to get rid of the stupid wings, I'll be waiting till movie 3 to see what they do then. Still don't own a movie megatron.

They will always re-release it with corrected colors.
This paint job is spectacular.
And this mold is way closer to movie accurate than Leader Megs
In alt mode especially.

 

I like the mold but I am not going to pick it up a second time. I wish Hasbro would have just put it out in these colors to begin with.

 

It's about Damn time hasbro/Takara got the colors right! It's sad that is take 2 or 3 times for movie accuracy. well I'm passing on this piece of crap...

 

I blame paramount and its crew for keeping Hasbro/Takara so out of the loop, They made the toys from concept art. Only after seeing the final movie did they make more detailed redecos.

More Repaints! Yeah! Dig it! Plastic Crack.

 

His colors look great. I just haven't liked the head mold on the voyager. If the leader Megs got this paint treatment, I'd be all over it.

 

I'd get this, but I already have the voyager. Unlike the Prime it doesn't really offer that much that entices me to buy it.
