$500......I get it but I highly doubt they wont do a second run of these. Honestly the only reason I wont pay the $500 is that I would be SOOOOO pissed if and when they make a second run.

Why not $250 and make 100 of them?? At that price I bet they would all sell. I would 110% have already sent payment for one if he was $250.

 

if or when they can sell this as a plastic assembled and painted toy i'll be on board. until then I'll just watch and look - same with Drift Cybertron mode, or Bumblebee Cybertron mode - if someone wants to make them in plastic i'll buy them.

I could get two Knight Morpher Commanders and three TFX-Defenders for less than that, all of which will be using better materials.

I just realized these are the guys that made the WJ upgrade kit. Hopefully for those that paid $500 that the quality of the resin is better than the resin they used for the WJ kit. On a side note, looks like their WJ kit sold out too.

I wouldn't mind if they are coming out with a gold plated Rodimus and call it Primus.      

 

Oh well, as long they either MasterCollectibles or a person who bought one makes affordable casts or manufactures them in something better than freakin resin, I'll probably buy one. But no way in hell am I paying $500 for one. Heck, this thing should be $100 TOPS.

 

That's exactly why I didn't buy one of these. I bought one of the Hearts of Steel Optimus Prime resin kits. Next thing you know, a few months later they're mass producing them in better quality (plastic) and about 1/3 of the price.

I would almost guarantee that at least one of the people who bought the Nova Prime is planning to do the exact same thing.

If you are refering to the bigger version HOS Prime made by griffith but distributed by RSP I'm still waiting too. Sadly, I believe we will never get it. I emailed him a few times but never got a response.

Ok that is a BADASS Transformer but there is no way I could justify getting it at that price. Cut the price in thirds and I would consider it.

 

I bet, that SOMEONE will bring this to botcon and SOMEONE will die from fighting for it. I seriously bet REAL money this will happen. Someone needs to make a mold of the parts of this and sell it as a kit, said person would make MILLIONS.

 

I'm still waiting too but if you look at his update from Dec, he's got - what - like some black heads, hands and guns done? Whoo-hoo. There are a lot more main pieces to cast plus I ordered the red/blue one, which means another year of waiting I'm sure. He's definitely no yourreflection in regards to speed or caring about his customers. I just hope he actually gets them done this year.

If I had the money i would definetly get it, who ever can buy one is a lucky fellow.
