hey, you realize when someone says "break a leg" they're wishing you good luck, not telling you to actually go break a leg!  

 

it's my wifes fault. she tried to push me down the stairs....j/k

I was exercising doing stair runs and on the way back down I stepped sideways and doot doot THUD. It was a spiral fracture which is like twisting the bone enough for it to pop. HURT LIKE MAD!!!!!

 

ouch. I bet it did! Thankfully, I've never broken a bone. *knocks on wood*
