I hate the fact you have to pay for Xbox LIVE too. It's pretty much paying for internet twice. No thanks. I live easily without LIVE, though. I've adapted. Anyways, I'm with you, split screen co-op! Split screen co-op!

Oh how I love playing a co-op game without having to share the screen.

Such is the greatness that is online play.......*sigh*.......

 

I'll be getting the xbox version and i really hope it have split screen co-op, not everybody can afford subscription money, besides, I like playing co-op gaming whilst the people I'm playing with are in the room.

From the looks of things it seems like their trying to resurrect the ideas of War Within with this "origin story" game. I always wanted something like this for TransFormers. But Dreamwave died leaving TWW un-finished, not too sure if I can get into the Marvel Comics and IDW is meh.

So I hope this is good weather or not it's part of the new cartoon in which I hope it's not. You can do SO much more with this franchise when it's future is not already pre-written. But also with this being million of years in the past I dont think it would matter.

With Prime not being leader of the Autobots that guarantees Sentinel Prime will be in the game, at least story wise.

Re-telling the story of G1 in a modern way has fell through so many times. I pray this works >_<

There's probably a lot more than this, but from what the magazine talks about it appears to be like gears of war but with a halo/call of duty 4 health recovery. Also for the decepticon mode, the last boss is Omega Supreme.

This game looks awesome! Can't wait for it to come out. Definately getting it for the PS3 since I just got one two weeks ago.

I hope it's better than the movie games.

 

Gonna wait for some actual in game footage before I comment, but so far colour me optimistic.

Very high probability this game - the look, the story - everything is a prequel to the next Hasbro/Discovery Kids new Transformers show. I bet the TV show has a prologue episode that references the game story - and then we flashforward to modern day Earth and the Transformers scan new modes, etc - But I do believe it will be a CG show, and that this is the look (the toy is very strong evidence).

This excites me because they are crafting a style that builds on TFA and Movieverse and G1 and War Within - it is a definitive look for their toys.

I just don't believe they would make a new TV show in the movieverse style. And the toy evidence is pretty convincing.

All this is cool as I love the look of this game
