That Pic answers a lot of my questions right there. So, Mini-Prime will have that
little trailer hitch-kinda peg hole thing, and he is going to have a molded
in 'Bot symbol. Darn... The 'bot symbol isn't going to be painted... *Sigh*

I don't see why they wouldn't paint it, when this is already a full KO. Might as well paint the symbol, as it won't set off any more alarms than it has already.

 

Man I don't know about this thing. I mean there's no denying the awesomeness of the product but the ethical side is hard to deal with along with that dang price thing. I would love to have a MP that would fit in with my classics but doubt I'll bite. Many people will buy it though, no doubt. I hope they can put out the Ark headquarters before this so I can at least buy that for sure before Hasbro throws the book at 'em

Not sure whether it's been mentioned but I just emailed iGear and a white Ultra Magnus version of the mould will be released next year.

If anybody has pre-ordered, they're in for a long wait. iGear don't release these products half the time.  

i'd imagine mini-MP Prime is in legal limbo, since he's blatantly an undersize KO of MP prime. And there are bound to be question marks over whether anybody'll pay the $200+ they're likely to end up asking.

last i checked, it was due out november last year, was then delayed to april this year with price TBC. since then no preorder has turned up on any of the usual TF stores, and the iGear-partner site originally carrying it has vanished into the ether.

you were right though, that igeartoys.com site says March and $90 which is news to me. I wonder if the usual TF stores aren't carrying this item for fear of legal implications?
