Defender looks VERY cool. And this Bruticus? That's definitely a shuttle arm there...

    'Test Shot with Diecast Parts.'

If that's the case, I will get one even though I don't feel the armoured car mode so much.

NNNOOOO!!!!! Not Diecast FP, its sure way to ruin a perfectly good toy.

Bruticus... interesting, I'm actually not looking as forward to that as I was, if that isn't basically two new arms then its clip on parts to make a helicopter look like a shuttle, that was my knee jerk reaction not saying its fact but that photo has not made me as excited by this.

I think its cos they aren't doing what they did with Superion which was take a good toy and make it better with a little flavor of G1 (the gun basically everything else is new) this seems to me take a good toy and make it slavishly G1 which I just don't think works.

Wow I think this is my first ever negative post about fans projects.

Trepidation over. Diecast done right = very yes. That defender mold really looks excellent.

That Bruticus is not Bruticus Maximus. No way, Jose.

No the legs and body are, look at the shape of the well all the legs, the head and sides of the chest, that is the E Bruticus version.

I really like their work but they're constantly biting the hand that feeds. They should really concentrate on coming up with their own ides like that combiner made up of prehistoric animals they showed a concept for a while back.

Defender is a yes, as for Bruticus, I need to see more. But if at all the quality and implementation is successfully executed like the Superion set, I'm game.

I'm not too sure about the die cast, but aside from that........ SHWEEEEEEEEEEET!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm definitely looking forward to the Bruticus kit!! I'm a little worried that we haven't really seen any pics of Protector's bot mode yet. I hope it's still getting released in early 2010.

i'm worried about the die cast overall...i'm just not a big fan of it anymore...especially after the titanium line...but i love the fact that onslaught looks like a shuttle carrier... and i'm curious how they made a helicopter look like a shuttle...or if you'll need a jet from superion instead...
