I appreciate any input on this. I have some items on ebay and recently someone somehow retracted a bid. The e-mail I got said I could go to the bid history to see how and why, but when I do this it's empty. Anyone know how I can get information about it? I can provide a link to the auction if that would help.

I thought that when you bid "it's a contract" and cannot be undone, etc.

I am still something of an ebay noob.

 

S'far as I know, you can't. However, I've only had experience as a buyer.

 

You can cancel bids, but without looking it up I can't remember the details.

IIR you have to give a reason, such as bid wrong amount.
