I have a skywarp and it has some mis transformation problems but it's lose and i don't think Walmart would exceptt lose returns would they?
yah if u have the receipt you should be ok. one time I bought a southpark dvd set and when I got home and opened it it didn't have any of the dvd's in the damn thing. I took it back and they didn't give me a hard time at all
The guy just said he didn't have the box!! No packaging - no return. Unless you buy a new one, put the old one in the box and return it.
if you are willing to make a stink I bet you they will take it back. One time I had a 360 that went in the crapper and I had an extended warrenty from the palce I bought it (big box store). I phoned them and they said if I brought it in they would give me a new one. I got there and they tried to pull a fast one and said they would only send it in for repair. I used my powers of reasoning and after a heated discussion I walked out of there with my new xbox
That was kinda what I was thinking. Then you can tell them it is defective, you did nothing wrong, and you still get your money back.
I don't think you'll get your money back but I believe they will give you a new one. 50-60 bucks isn't cheap for a toy and if you've only had it for a few days I don't see them giving you a problem. I've had some problems with other places but wal-marts always been great to me whenever I had a problem with a product. If you have the reciept you should be good to go.
May be worth a try at Walmart, they return just about anything. You may call them in advance so that you don't waste a trip. If the person on the phone says yes, I would get their name down and tell them at returns that you talked to said person and they said it was fine. On a side note, I can't wait till we start getting thread titles that just start with a letter or number. These short/ambiguous thread titles get a bit annoying. In a case lkie this, being clearer in the title may get a board member who is/was employed at Walmart or had a similar experience to answer the question.
Can I? Answer: Yes you may. (may what? i don't care anymore.) there should be an unwritten rule that you keep the packaging for a TF (especially a 60 dollar exclusive that you will get hosed on Ebay for later) for 48 hours AFTER you open and play with the figure completely. Walmart may go for the exchange, at the least. but don't push yer luck.
