First of all, I would tell you that you need to let all the adults that you know -- your parents and the staff at your school -- about this bully and make sure that they deal with him. Do not take it upon yourself to deal with this guy, although if I was in your situation I would beat the living daylights out of him and therefore make him so sorry that he won't be able to feel anything else.

Secondly, I've never put up with any bullies back when I was in school. Only had to deal with a bunch of kids who did nothing but tease, ridicule, and plain made my life miserable... but never got physical with me or threaten to beat me up.

 

Now who would do that?  

As Mechafire said, if he crosses that line of harassing your family, then the law can help solve this.

At school, if he's just trying to be a showoff, then just walk away...not easy, but it's wiser. If he hits him though, then...just don't break any bones and leave him semi-conscience.

 

I'm 16 he's 15. My little bro is 13. I'm getting sick of this shit now. I'll confront him face-to-face and scare the living shit out of him.


I'm not gonna try a pussy-move and kick him in the nuts, he throws the first punch, I throw the second, it's all over. He's threatening me and my little brother and calling my friends/cousins who are in school pussies too. This kid needs to be knocked down to the lowest notch on the food-chain of the school. The rule is a 3-day suspension from school when a fight happens, but sometimes that rule slides depending on the situation. It might for me considering the fact that this kid is threatening me and my brother.

So it comes down to these two options

A: beat the shit out of bully and get a free 3-day vacation full of rest, food, and Xbox.
B: Walk it off, ignore it.

I'm gonna go with A just for the lulz and satisfaction.

To Godzi, while I've never really been bothered at school (mostly on account of my sense of humor and kindness; you don't bully that guy) I can tell you this:

Report them. Simple as that. If he touches you or your brother first, take him to hell and back.

I would go with A, but B is the right choice I guess. I mean I almost got suspended for what I did. But they decided ISS was better. Go figure.;/ It sucks now that I can't get the ROTF DVD till this weekend.

Trust me, when a fight goes on in my school, everyone circles around. Which is why it's so hard for teachers to break it up because there's a circle 5-6 kids thick chanting wildly. Fights get pretty hectic in my school. Especially the girls. Have you ever seen two chicks fight? Awesome as hell, scary as fuck. Nails, teeth, hair pulling, smashing heads into lockers. Damn it's like watching two silverback gorillas duke it out.

 

Well don't feel bad about breaking a lib or sort. I broke a kids jaw fighting to just yesterday.
