...and so it finally comes to an end.

As far as I can tell, the Manchester IMAX is the last cinema in England to be showing ROTF and it ends this coming Thursday.

So now the long wait to the DVD (November 30th!!!!) starts.

I had wanted to watch it a 4th time but never got to see it again! BUGGER! lol

Anyways I have a question reference ROTF...

In the film that I saw (obviously here in the UK) there is a British Soldier in the NEST Team. The camera focuses in on his UK Flag on his arm for some reason. Was this just to prove that the NEST team is a 'worldwide' team...............or was this just for the UK audience? In other countries, does the camera also focus in on his badge? Or is this a UK only scene and other countries, have a soldier with THEIR countries badge on?

I've always wondered that for some reason lol.

no it does focus on it briefly. the whole NEST thing was glossed over, which is a shame, and i get the feeling the GI JOE movie had something to do with that. the whole international special ops team being their new gimmick.

I guess it's kinda like how the U.S. and British armies have joint missions in areas around the world. The closest example to NEST would be NATO, the only difference being that their HQ is in Diego Garcia and they team up with the Autobots.
