I was able to play the multiplayer with the DLC, You can chose the G1 versions of the characters to play online.

 

Great, now I am having a problem. Friday night, I DLed it, installed, played the game with no problem with characters, asside why I couldn't use G1 megatron. This morning I tried to play and the DLC characters are completely gone. What is up with that now?

 

I got mine on my 360 and no luck getting the DLC in SP. No update either.

 

can anyone use the new characters in PS3 ranked matches?

I noticed that my first night playing the day DLC showed up on PSN - none of the characters talked that night. They next day hen I played they talked quite a bit, G1 Starscream was saying something every 10 seconds. He sounds great!!

 

Jeez, you guys have so many tech issues with this thing. Characters not showing up, not talking, animation glitches.

Same. No issues for me at all. If it were a bug with the DLC itself I think everybody would be getting the same issues. I think what we have here is a problem with the download process off of the PSN. They said they were having trouble. Perhaps it's a network issue that caused some of the data to be corrupted in either the patch or the DLC upon download for some people. I can't think of what else it could be.

 

My only Gripe is that there isn't enough G1 characters for the Autobots

Ive been havin a couple of animation glitch jumps, but it was doin that before the DLC launch. Only issue Im havin is the in game quotes. They talk before the match when you first spawn but other than they're silent.

I also cant slect anyone i want from the in match menu with the switch character option, I'm not sure if it was like that before but its definitely annoying not being able to switch characters on the fly.

Do people have consoles but don't know how to use them? I'll gladly provide teaching classes all you have to do is pay me with love and crack, oh and video games too I guess  

 

I'm tired of trying to get the "Jazz Hands" achievment.

Also, I think that if a match is hosted by someone who doesn't have the DLC then you can't play as the DLC when you join. Unless people already knew or thought that.
