    It's because Hasbro's budget did not quite extend to making a new head. Forest Lee, the bio writer, explained that it is to represent an offscreen scene where Wasp had switched heads with Bumblebee, but had not yet changed his colourscheme.

    Yes, it is annoying that he is not the one that is seen on TV, I will grant you that. But considering that this is coming out for a line that is finished, the fact we are getting a version of the character at all is an achievement.
