The chest and torso are turn-offs for me, so I'll pass. Don't get me wrong - I loved that pudgy tummy on G1 Bumblebee and Cliffjumper in the old animation models. It's just that this take on that aesthetic doesn't jive with the rest of the figure.

I think Classics Bumblebee/Cliffjumper are pretty much tough to beat when it comes to really nailing a modern take on those characters.

My thoughts exactly. If only they upscaled those (Binlatech size) and made them diecast! I'd buy that! ! !

Somewhat disappoint !!! The chest should been collapsed in robot mode... Now it looks like some kind of Gobots and alternator combined form... Also its tail cabin became the big backpack... I think its shoulder articulation would be limited... I just don't understand why didn't they pick a 2 doors hatchback instead of this suzuki... I guess I 'd have to skip.. so far they are disappointment.

Well, it definitely looks somewhat better than it did before. However:

Don't like how they did Bumblebees horns(and overall helmet design). Which was one of many things the classics figure had spot-on.

I also don't like how they gave the mold alternator Windcharger-esque shoulders. Not right for the character.

The other problem I have with the mold is it looks like he has giant underpants.

Sweetness, Cliffjumper getting his own head mold was something I was not expecting. For that reason alone I must get him.

On another note, all I need to see now is a Tap Out repaint outta this Alternity CJ.

The wavelength of the light is capable of distorting the way that your eyes see depth. It's all a trick from Tomy/Takara.

Nice head scuplts, but the panels don't fit together very well in Alt mode. Hopefully they've been mistransformed, but if not, I'll pass. A shame these aren't real BT's, or I'd preorder them ASAP!

    :puke2:  I can't stand them! They could have done better. Yet. . . . I'm still considering wanting them . . .
