is it possible that everything falls off because it's an early sample? I got my ROTF soundwave in february or march and it had loose legs but the wide release ones didn't have any problems

I'm glad he's about to come out. The first official release of all 3 seekers in the same line/series in a long time.

 

Neat.

 

WANT!!!

 

1/ Animated Starscream is in wrong colours, making that figure Skywarp, not this version.

2/ Animated toys are terrible. This figure would be better with a movie/G1 style head.

3/ Thus, this figure is complete and utter FAIL.

4/ Nice job, Haz-blo!

No the animated seekers all have parts that come off really easy. That was true from the very first Starscream release.


What people really got to hope for with this figure is getting a right and left hand. There has been a pretty good amount of them ending up with 2 left hands.

 

1/ Animated Starscream's colors are fine. He's gray and maroon. Same as Armada, Energon, and Cybertron Starscreams. Also, Skywarp is black and purple, so I have no idea what you are thinking there...

2/ Animated toys are better than 90% of the TF market. Sure they are extremely stylized, but that adds to their appeal. They aren't the same recycled molds. Aside from Prime, the movie heads look horrible. They are a mushy glob with a few details etched in. Zero personality. Oh, and the Animated Starscream head is VERY G1 style. It has the vents, the pronounced forehead ridges, etc.

3/ Thus, this figure succeeds as a fine example of how to make an action figure that is easy to play with, looks like the show character it is based on, and still pays respect to the rich history behind it.

4/ Fantastic job Hasbro! Make more Transformer toys aimed at kids, not these snobs stuck 25 years in the past.

 

Is it me or is his tail fins facing backwards compared to the other 3? Or maybe cuz it's just an early sample?  

Anyway, do want! I've been waiting for this a long time coming

Ummm... did you watch the show? It is definitely not a fail. And they toys are 90% accurate to the show. So... Hasbro did a WONDERFUL job.
I can understand if it just isn't your thing, but you're ridiculous to hate it so much. It is, pretty much, G1 meets Beast Wars.

 

Since Skywarp never came to Canada, I doubt I'll pick this guy up. (no point for me unless I have all three) He's got nice colours, though. Very nice cool tones instead of just blue and silver.

There's having an opinion and then there's making baseless statements in hopes of attracting attention. Don't give in to him.

 

1.) Eh, wake me when they make this into the innevitable movieverse figure, like lockdown, but a lot cooler!
2.) This must happen Hasbro!
3.) if this doesnt i will come to your headquaters and stab all the workers if it doesnt happen grabs a knife

just got mine today and my same damn hands kept falling off, haha.

the colors are almost more the she starscream or close to, maybe cuz that light blue.
