It happened yesterday. I bought Scalpel and his legs keep popping off, it's a nightmare. Mudflaps backpack is causing me to have night terrors  

 

I posted earlier in this thread about a crushed G1 Slag, but far worse than that was my house burning down in '89 when I was 10. Still have some of my TFs from then, but they're all smoke damaged or slightly warped. A lot of it was lost, though. My Scorponok, laying on his back on a shelf, melted to a pile of crud a half an inch thick. I replaced him a couple years ago, but there are a lot that I've never replaced.

Skullgrin, Waverider, Gunrunner, Punch/Counterpunch to name just a few.

 

My animated Meg's arm fell off a few weeks ago, and Im working on a huge stopmotion with him in it, and I cant find another one! also, I passed up G1 soundwave in Toys R Us a few years ago because he was "too old" I didnt know the value of G1 back then! ooh! then a year later I found a G1 megatron in a japaneese packaging at walmart, I still have no idea how it got there, it had no price, so they sold it to me for $14, I got it and a few weeks later my dad stepped on it and to this day it is broken, I still have it on my closet shelf!

 

Its never too late! I got an animated BB and 2 years later, I returned it to the wrong store, and they still let me exchange it! but maby thats not with everyone, and I just got lucky

 

Got a bitter/funny TF story. Our local wal-mart is slow to getting waves in and I did a on the spur check the first in weeks and noticed the ROTF arcee wave was actually here but no Arcee in sight.

I leave a bit disheartened and figure oh well someone must have got as soon as it was on the shelf. I go to my parents house with the kids later on and my dad says he wants to show me something. Comes back with the single Arcee they put out. My own father. My own flesh and blood bought Arcee from under me.

He now flaunts it in package next to the light up Barricade I did for him. Such a bastard. And he knows it's killing me to see it and not rip it open. LOL.

 

on etime all my transformers came to life and killed me. i guess thats pretty sad.

I had my G1 Megatron since I was little. I remember breaking the attachments playing cowboys and indians or cops and robbers or something like that. That bummed me out but the gun itself was fine. The thing that pissed me off was 20 years later, one of my little cousins got a hold of my Megatron and BROKE THE ARM OFF!!!!

Also, my Masterpiece Megatron broke.  

 

Lurker here. The most painful and sad moment for me was when I was about 11 and my mother decided that she was sick and tired of me acting like a "Damn Tomboy" and stormed into my room and threw away every single G1 TF I owned. Even my dearly beloved original Optimus Prime, while I begged her to stop. She also got all my Voltron, GIJoes, and original Starwars toys, and anything else that wasn't pink and girly, as well.

I have fortunately, married a guy who doesn't mind me being a geek. So I have rebuilt some of my collection as I can afford it. But when my mother really pisses me of I remind her how much money she threw away that day.

 

The other day my friend, who I have mentioned earlier in this thread, ripped my G1 Bumblebee's arm off transforming it........ he owns more complex figure than Bee and yet, he rips the arm off.

Christmas in the 80's sometime I got the Aerialbots and Protectabots in the gift sets. I removed both team leaders and played with them, the day went by and the next morning I woke up to find my grandpa threw out the boxes with the remaining team members. It was garbage day and they were gone.

I also had a Soundwave a friend through across the playground. Ravage survived, Soundwave did not.

 

My 2 yr. old pulled the tires off of one of my diaclone Sunstreakers, the rubber was old and ended up cracking and a breaking apart. Its a parts car now.

 

OH S**T That's not good.

 

Mine would be the day I destryed my G1 prime to make him into a custom... Stupidstupiudstupidstupid!!!!!

 

My friend has a G1 Prime and some how he broke it so the legs won't say in place.

 

I had G1 Optimus Prime and I took his cab to the doctor's office while my brother was having a wart removed. I must have forgotten him at the office, because I never saw him after that.

I was stuck with his trailer from then on, sans cab  

 

ooh man that sucks! i hate that. that's why i leave the customizing to the pros. I can't afford it.

Now back on topic, this was while i was an uber noober and i tried to stiff'n Walmart Excl MP SS finger with superglue. I forgot about it and the finger stuck. I tried to wedge it to move again and it just broke off.  

 

When I was 4 yrs old, I lost the cab portion of powermaster prime, and later my mom told me that my dad had given it away to some kid... who's mom he was dating.  

So for years I would stack the micromaster overloads trailer in primes trailer chest cavity and then stick PMOP's head onto overloads trailer. Ever since then my mom got me a new optimus prime for christmas. Just got the 25th anniversary Prime last x-mas. Yeah... I love my mom  

since then I replaced the cab and also got the JP reissue
