That Night Raven's decent I guess. The cockpit's cool. There's no removeable panels and the wheels don't roll. What you see is what you get with this toy. I thought you could have it cocked so you can make it an optional shorter jet, but it won't stay, it springs back out automatically. Not really impressed for the price. Bought the Sigma 6 Firebat for half as much and I think it's cooler. Opened Two dudes riding some squirrels In case you were wondering, yes you can keep the jet in the box, but it'll just barely fit . Too risky to pop the cockpit off everytime without breaking a tab. Actually it's still a few centimeters too long to fit, but you can still get the flaps closed pretty much all the way In case you don't like dust. Black stuff shows dust too easily.
Random question. Will the Reactive Armor Scarlett head fit on the fatigues Scarlett body? I bought the fatigues Heavy Duty hoping to do a swap and it wouldn't work. I am sad.
they will... kinda. the neck is to short on fatigues scarlet, so the reactive armor head sith kind of hunch back. Same for Covergirl. i got a spare of each so i cold do a reactive armor covergirl and it just looked Blaaaa. I'll eventually get to modifying the necks a bit to do it right, but, out of package, NO. they don't swap that well.
I just got back from the movie. damn the baroness was hot! the flic was well written, and it seems like they had a good knowledge of each characters' nuances, like the baroness and duke having a prior relationship, breaker and his bubble gum, etc. definitely a fun movie.
Saw the Pit on display at a Toys R Us today. Oh gosh, it's beeeeudiful. Too bad it's outta my price range. Alas, where I am, it takes forever for stuff to go on clearance, but I shall certainly keep an eye out in case it DOES go on clearance, because again, it's beeeeeaudiful.
Picked up Desert Ambush Scarlett and Firefly today from TRU. After seeing the movie last night I can say that Hasbro did their job...b/c now I want to buy so many more toys! I've already bought about 10 figs, the Mole Pod and Night Raven. Now I gotta find a way to fund the Gunship and Hummer vehicles plus the rest of the figs I want!
I keep gawking at that huge GI Joe base thing. Tempted to get it becasue it's so huge, since Im still regretting not getting a Terror Dome when I had the chance. Could make it a piece of furniture or something.

Saw the movie today and loved it. But now I wish that 12" Baroness I have was a 12" Scarlett. Hottie on deck! Marlon was great. I'm glad, cause in his accelerator suit he's my fav ROC fig.
Seeing the movie really makes me want that Destro 2-pack. Fortunately, HTS still has a ton in stock, so I'll probably order one later in the week. Are there any HTS codes for GI Joe stuff?
Got The Doctor and Accelerator Duke today at TRU. Duke is by far my favorite figure so far. Helix is just a little behind. The Doctor looks fat with the trech coat on. I still like the figure, but it hurts him in my eyes.
