Hardcore Classics Universe fans, What r u doing until 3.0?

    A shartload of trailers. Finally got around to buying a Shaddow Commander, Waiting on the G3 Trailer, Ghost Starscream, the Magnus missles. Gonna have to find a way to budget for a the DIA armor and the Henkei Clear Mirage. Also debating about trying to pick up 2 more Voyager Primes to go with the G3 Trailer, and the DIA armor if I can pull the trigger.

    The rest of the time I just search for a Henkei/Botcon Thundercracker that is within my budget. Still a lot to keep a classics fan busy.

    I've completed all my Classics/Henkei figures so I'm currently focussing on G1 & BW/JBW. Then there's also USB Hub Blaster, Animated Arcee/Hot Rod/Ironhide, ROTF Bludgeon/Lockdown... It never ends... :lol

    Absolutely nothing right now, but I'll probably pick up the Walmart exclusives in October. Until, I'm plotting(aka saving for the future).

    Mostly working on Beast Wars Neo. And picking up whatever catches my eye. Maybe develop a new grail or two. (Just bought an MIB Black Zarak)

    Still a lot of classics\Henkei to collect that will keep me busy till the end of this year. UK is normally starved of these things! I am also keeping busy with the ROTF game on my xbox and also counting down the days when the DLC with G1 characters will be released this month!

    Encore Big Mission Cassettes... to go with ML Soundwave and 3D Ravage in my Classics collection!
    Definitely at the top of the hit list. By the power of 80's tech combined, I AM CAPTAIN PLANET!!!!!!!


    I REALLY hope they top off the 3 sets with a 4th set of the combiners. But I wont hold my breath for the Jap Exclusive dino-combiners... Thought it would be awesome if they did!!!

    • trying to get some G1 items that my G1 collection has gaps in,
    • still expanding my Alt/BT universe through customs,
    • getting RotF toys at my planned, spread-out pace (though definitely NOT being a completist)

    Well I've only got a few of the Classics (Prime, Megs, Ramjet, Rodimus, Mirage, Cliffjumper and Grimlock) but I really want to complete the collection. Thing is I'm not sure if I want to finish it with the Henkei versions or the Classics versions...? Ugh...

    Thanks, that thread is a big help. After seeing them side by side, I believe I like the Henkei's more. I do like the white Classics Astrotrain better then the Henkei one though.

    Saving money and waiting. Also, I have gotten 3 SG Customs. At the moment, there is not much out there that interests me in terms of the ROTF and what is left of the Animated line that is currently out.

    Don't forget to take price into account. Used classics runs about $10 ($15 shipped) and aren't that hard to get. Used Henkeis are rare and still run around the same price as new ones which is $25-$40 shipped. If you need a lot of classics it's probably better to buy a lot off the boards or ebay.

    Going ape on ROTF, not completest, but buying a ton of it up.
