Is he really worth it? I mean, about $100 for an add on set. Thats a bit pricey. I'm a bit on the fence with him, even after missing the first release. Can someone please help me decide?

    Thanks in advance.

IMO its worth it the set is fairly complex and looks great. You are paying for a good quality add on kit that completely changes the look of the figure plus it has its own features. ITs definitely not for everyone but i personally am a big fan. As far as price goes right now the preorder on BBTS or TFsource are probably your best bet.

It's absolutely worth it!!! The set is very high quality and looks great. Some people complain about the prices of these add on sets, but what people have to remember is that these aren't mass produced like your average Hasbro figure. Hasbro produces millions of each figure they sell. But Fansproject only produces between 1000 - 2000 of each run of their products. But ultimately you have to decide for yourself a) if you can afford it b) if it's something you should spend your money on c) if you'll really enjoy it and whether it'll be worth the price to you

definitely worth it IMO i have all three color schemes, tfcon, cc, and sc, and since it is on preorder, snag it now, they aren't as big of runs as hasbro stuff, so they have to be a bit more money,

Honestly to me CC is not an addon kit it Makes the figure what it should be a Real Ultramagnus, it is worth every penny I spent on it

Highly recommended. Better than any Botcon exclusive for the same money.

If I had the money I'd go for it.

Darn Rotf, forcing me to pay money for it's fine products...

I don't care for it in the least.

But then again, I don't like Ultra Magnus, so I guess that makes me biased.

I really want to get this set but that means I'll have to pass on most of the ROTF figures for a while. Hmmm....

I'm going to start saving for the City Commander after I get the EZ Devastator. I still need the Ultra Magnus and Skywarp set too, and that goes for around $50 and then the set will probably be around $100 shipped. That's (though a rough estimate) $150. Looks like I might have to sell some things.

If you can afford him? Yes. He's worth it. If $100 is too much to be spending on a toy, then you probably shouldn't be entertaining getting him. Pound for Plastic pound, there are good, cheaper, mass market deals that are just as entertaining.

    However, he's quite awesome.
