    Revoltech Megatron, harder than MP. I think it's literally impossible, no idea where to start...

    Joking aside I have to say ROTF deluxe sideswipe, not so much from difficulty but because he doesn't lock together properly in vehicle mode, wheels don't turn right and big gaps are visible. He's the worst kind of Robo-Gami.

    Due to a combination of difficulty, price and fragility probably MP Megatron.

    Most difficult mainline toy so far is probably ROTF Prime.

    Honorable mentions:

    Alt Mustang mold for the way the arms fold combined with the fact they pop off,.
    BW Neo Mach Kick and Dead End. Too many panels on double ball joints that are a nuisance to line up properly.

    Whenever a transformer gives me trouble like that I transform it back and forth for hours till I get it down.

    The Darth Vader Deathstar was a huge pain but after obsessive transforming I got it down.

    Then I left him alone for a couple of months and forgot everything.

    I am a dork.

    Transcanning Movie Optimus Prime with his earth mode pieces. I've had him since 2007 and I have NEVER been able to get him completely into truck mode. I've already broken shit off him and fear transforming him.

    Nice piece though.

    I got Alternators Smokescreen and Sideswipe the same day.

    I have no other Alts. I'm trying to sell those two damn bastards. I hate the Alts.

    Because those two were seriously NOT FUN to transform. Not fun at all. In fact, next time I transform them, it'll likely be with a hammer, into tiny pieces.

    Runner up is Armada Unicron. He's not insanely hard or nothing. He's just boring. Oh, look, a ball. Plus, his wing things are crappy and loose and never go where I want them to be when I want them to be there. Damn them.

    It may not end up being that complex once you've had a go at it a several times but the first time is absolute hell in a handbasket.

    From what i hear MP Megs and the fact that he breaks easily are reasons i will never buy it.

    ROTF Optimus hands down. 1hr 36 mins to get to a truck. After that it took 10 mins.

    By a fair margin Masterpiece Megs. It was pure agony the first time I did it, and even now I feel like I'm going to break him. I'm not sure they would want to, but Takara should really give him another shot.

    MP megatron and ROTF leader prime.. transforming both these back to alt mode especially is a killer.. ROTF prime isnt that hard to transform to bot mode

    For me it's pretty much all the Alts, MP Megs, TFU Galvatron, TF1 Leader Megs & Voyager Ironhide, and much to my own surprise, even a couple of the Animated figs.

    It's not so much that they're necessarily "hard" to transform as it is they're just a pain in the ass to get back together with flush panels and whatnot. Lots of squeezing ends up happening. Except MP Megs & TF1 Leader Megs - those are just bitches to transform all the way around.
