I want to...scratch that..need to lower my monthly DCBS order. I keep wanting to take Dark Avengers and Secret Warriors off. Don't really care for Bendis but just can't seem to pull the trigger to take them off. Also all these Blackest Night mini-series and tie-ins are killing me.

I'm in the same boat with Iron Man too, especially this Previews order with not one but TWO Iron Mans in one month. I don't even like the character but for some reason this new series has been keeping me coming back.

 

I've already dropped so many books if I drop any more I won't be buying comics at all. I'm down to: Invincible, The Walking Dead, Ultimate Spider-Man, X-Men Forever, Farscape, and Buffy.

Basically at this point I'm only collecting Green Lantern, Green Lantern Corps, Blackest Night and all tie-ins, and Amazing Spider-Man.

I might start collecting Web of Spider-Man when it hits.

 

- Have dropped - IDW's TF comics. I bought the TPBs up until the Furman-verse ended, not interested in anything past that. I like to support TF comics, but I'm done with them until another company gets the license.

- Will drop - GL and GLC, the last two monthlies I collect. I'm enjoying both books, GLC more so than GL, but with an inevitable jump to $3.99, it'll be too expensive to collect monthlies. I'll keep getting them until Blackest Night is over and then I'm done collecting monthlies entirely. GLC might remain on 'wait for trade' status, and I'll get any future Cyborg Superman appearances in GL, but I doubt either will be a regular purchase any more.

 

All new crap Marvel have.

 

New Avengers and Mighty Avengers...I really don't know why I read them anymore.

I dropped X-Men Forever after two issues...what a horrible book.

 

i used to collect close to 20 comics a month. the only comic i'm interested in as of now is x-men forever and that i'm gonna get in trade for the first year.

 

I dropped X-Force and X-Factor. I'll be dumping Uncanny X-men as soon as the Dark Avnegers crossover ends. And FF will be dropped as soon as Millar and Hitch leave.

I only pick up Mighty Avengers because I get all the Avengers books. I really like Hercules even though I don't get his ongoing. Also want to drop Initiative but I'm actually liking the new idea. Reminds me of when Thunderbolts first came out. And speaking of that book, I was going to drop it when Civil War was on but glad I didn't because the new team is pretty interesting. And it has Ant Man!

JSA might be gone if I don't like the new team. JLA is on the verge of being dropped also. I don't even know why I read it.

However to my surprise, I did not drop Batman after battle for the cowl and I'm glad I didn't. Detective was awesome under Rucka, and Daniels is doing a good job as well. I even got new bat-titles in Sirens and Streets of Gotham. But that's because I'm a Paul Dini whore.

 

Aaaaand I was just thinking about dropping Hulk.

I am now dropping it this Saturday when I got to my store. That leaves Thor as the only Marvel book I get now. Way to go, guys.

Almost all my Marvel titles are gone. I'm only picking up Ms Marvel and Captain America: Reborn, the latter being a mini. (Dropped Dark/Mighty/New Avengers, Astonishing X-Men)

From DC I dropped JSA, JLA, and Teen Titans. I'm just down to the Super related titles (Action, Superman, Supergirl, Superman/Batman, Power Girl, Adventure, World of New Krypton), Blackest Night main title and probably BN: Superman mini, plus the Cry for Justice mini as well

I'll probably move Transformers to trades after finishing All Hail Megatron

Buffy is a keeper (it ends at #40 supposedly)

I've stuck slim. Only pick up the IDW Zombies VS Robots & TF books and the Marvel Halo books.

 

i've dumped everything except the various Mignola-verse titles that come out.. Northlanders and Conan..

I think I wind up with about 5 books a month total on a heavy month.

if I dump anymore I have to give up my pull box. if it didn't take so long for Mignola stuff to get collected in trades though I might just do it.. as I really need to stop buying the individual issues.. and then buying the trades..
