I was really excited when I found Ransack, and he hasn't disappointed me. To finally have a TF that's not just from this era or in a Cybertronian mode is so cool. We used to make fun of them back in the day, but Go-Bots at least had WWII planes, something Transformers never had. Now TF's have gone one step further with a WWI plane!

Mine is just as loose as yours. Despite that, I can't stop loving this figure! I think it's got one of the most appealing decos of any TF I own. The aged wings are really well done!

Also, I'm not a customizer by ANY stretch of the imagination (do Reprolabels count? ;D), but I'm practically inspired to buy a couple more of these and do what a previous poster said - I want to customize them and make a Snoopy and Red Baron set!

    I-, I love you, Hasbro...

Holy crap, I love this little guy! I think someone was trying to hide him to come back for later because he was tucked up onto a shelf with some Power Rangers stuff, so I thought I'd better grab him quick before anyone else came back for him.

Opened the bubble and his head fell out. Shit! But then I realised he still has his head on. For some reason mine had an extra head floating around in the bubble. It's strangely satisfying to have. Sorta makes up for the times I've opened a new TF and found it missing a head. :p

Can't believe how great this guy is for just a scout. It puts some Deluxes to shame with all the parts and nice paint apps, plus a pretty cool transformation. If anyone wants to make an oversized KO of a TF then this is one I'd like them to do.
The alt mode pegs together snug and secure, and the robot mode seems fairly tight - arm popped off only once, when I was trying to undo those damn elastic bands. His robot mode reminds me of the junky Empties seen on Cybertron in the old Marvel TF comics.

Now we just need him repainted as Starscream, Skywarp and Thundercracker and we can have the Seeker Geezers. :)

Finally picked him up today. This little guy is a freaking gem!! I love 'em!

When I got him out of the package today, I was worried that he might have piece fall apart. But everything held together with no problems at all. And his transformation is damn clever.

Definitely one to own for this line. He can't get enough praise from me.

    Now.....on to Breakaway.

i' buy six of these little bastards just to have a decepticon Escadrille going.
someone else has said it before on the boards, but it bears repeating:
the best molds and designs are on the little guys.
they deserve to be done in larger classes.

I am not asking for a Premium or Leader Class Ransack (or Springer lol)
but Ransack is just screaming for a voyager release.

I can't seem to humble myself enough to ask for a Deluxe Class though. he's too epic for that small a size jump

Ooo, that's cool. I'd never seen that one before. I wasn't collecting during G2. GoBots, though sacrilegious to say the name, I'm sure, had quite a few of them. I had the P-38 and the Zero, and I'm pretty sure there were a few others.

Mine has REALLY loose knees. Can anyone tell me how or link me to something that can tell me how to tighten up that type of joint?

I FINALLY managed to find this guy (Curse you Canadian release schedule!) after anticipating him for some time.

Why? Because he's chock full of madness from initial concept to execution. Just the idea of a biplane transformer is crazy enough to make me giggly, but then to have it executed to create this wonderfully unique, insane scrap pile of a robot who also appears to have more paint app love than Supreme Devastator. He even LOOKS insane (He's wearing his engine as a HAT)

If there's a complaint to be had about Ransack, it's that more unique and completely crazy ideas with awesome executions like him don't appear often enough.

He's the first ROTF figure I bought and it's pretty amazing. Best scout ever?

Just got this guy today and I am so happy I did. His alt mode is great, very unique, so glad to finally see a biplane-former. His transformation is just incredible for a Scout, I thought Scalpel's was something for the size class, but damn. Bot mode is really cool looking, very obviously a decepticon with a neat skeletal look and some awesome old school weaponry. I cannot recommend this guy enough.

Oh, a deluxe would be killer awesome. Hell, he already strikes me as a deluxe stuck in a scout's body. He has some great articulation, and a really involved transformation, especially for this size class. He could work as a deluxe even if he was just upscaled.

    Oh most definitely.

Hell, I'd put him as one of the best of BOTH movie lines.

    Hear hear!

I keep playing with him and I wonder what his Autobot repainted version would look like. It is inevitably going to happen...

But, I THOROUGHLY enjoy little Ransack for his whimsical nature and appearance. I don't know why but he strikes me as someone always say "what," or "huh" all the dang time.

If there was an oversized KO, I'd love it to be 1:18 scale, so you could fit a Wild Weasel G.I.Joe figure inside!

I would say an autobot repaint wouldn't be likely, as his design just screams decepticon...then I see the Nightbeat repaint of Detour and cry inside.

i think with a proper paint app, he could become an autobot.
He'll probably have light tan paint like breakaway and the Bullseye insignia like the Allies back then- with an Autobot faction crest in the middle.
    but do-able.

just a thought... i felt that Ransack would have a voice similar to TFA Blitzwing (the one with the monocle) and would be a cool, cold, strategist persona.

I think he'd sound more like a busted up old man, with one leg in the scrap pile!
